We ordered dining table and unfortunately I believe due to delivery/shipping company, the table had minor scratches.
Dayalane customer service was extremely receptive and offered multiple options to resolve the situation.

I am amending my review for Dayalane. Well, it was frustrating that there is not a live person to talk to, they went above and beyond to rectify my situation. I did not get proper tools to put the chair together, which made the chair useless. But they were very quick and making sure I received a new chair.

I have been trying to get help with returning items.
I have been trying to get help with returning items and getting a refund. When I came customer service they say they will email support@DAYALANE and I have already done that. I’ve gone back and forth with emails for a week. Every time they reply they are not addressing the issue. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that everyone in any support/customer service is only reachable by email. Emails are only replied to late at night during non business hours and then I have to wait until the next night for replies from which the replies appear that they are not reading my email to them. There has been a very frustrating experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dayalane. The table I received arrived with very poor quality and incomplete printing/finishing, which was not noticeable until after I had already hired and paid an installer for the setup.
After installation, I discovered the defects and immediately contacted customer service. While they agreed to send a replacement table, I was then forced to hire and pay an installer a second time just to install the replacement.
This situation caused unnecessary stress, delays, and additional expenses that should not have been my responsibility. For the price paid, I expected significantly better quality control and customer support. Unfortunately, this experience has been very frustrating and disappointing.

UPDATED review : Only received the glass top to the cofffee table. Reached out to customer service and at first it took awhile to respond - i left a negative review and then i got quick responses from support. They worked with me and sent another pair of legs. The item is sturdy- but the legs are cheaper feeling / looking than expected for price. They did provide a small $30 discount for the troubles. I personally don’t think i will purchase again due to quality of the legs but it is a beautiful table and built well besides the cheap plywood they cover in vinyl for the legs. It’s was already starting to warp when i opened the box. I would tell my friends to purchase if you want the look of upscale furniture but ok with IKEA quality.
