I really appreciate how DayaLane stepped in and took up for us when we reported shipping damage. You guys made it very easy and hassle-free. The pictures you requested were very minimal and as soon as you had your evidence, it went straight to resolution. That was it. No run around and no frustration. Excellent customer support
We have the Livia modular sofa and love seat and we really wanted 2 chairs instead of the love seat, Dayalane’s support team worked directly with me to make a purchase of two armrests work although they don’t sell them separately online! I am so grateful and now our living room is exactly as we want it!

My first purchase experience with Dayalane has been very good. I experienced a shipping address problem - created by the credit card co giving an address different than the actual shipping address. Dayalane patiently helped me to correct the shipping address. The product I ordered arrived with good packaging and the chair is very nice, great quality, and was easy to assemble (with good instructions and quality hardware). Very pleased!! I would recommend the company!

“Order arrived incomplete, damage and with missing parts “
This was my first time buying from this company, and honestly, I am very disappointed; I wish I hadn't done it. I bought a dining set; while I did receive the four chairs, my nightmare began when the table finally arrived weeks later. I was shocked by the condition it was in—it was in terrible shape, with the packaging torn open and the table itself damaged and missing parts. It looked as though they had sent me a table someone else had returned. I’ve tried contacting them by phone, but they haven't resolved anything. Email communication has been different, but nearly a month after making the purchase, I am still waiting for a replacement for my new table.

Good customer service
I had some issues with a couple of the chairs that I purchased. But dayalane offered to replace the chairs, which was very nice of them to do. I was happy with their speedy response and offer to replace them even though it was past 30 days that I had purchased them.

Shipping tracking link didn’t work from FedEx. We received only three chairs of the four and there was no communication when we were going to get the fourth. I sent an email a couple days ago and hadn’t heard back.

Regarding the missing fourth chair: your order was shipped in two separate boxes. Unfortunately, one box was delayed by the carrier. We should have proactively informed you about the split shipment – we apologize for the lack of communication.
We also regret that your email from a few days ago was not answered promptly. Our response time is normally 24‑48 hours, and we are working hard to improve.
To resolve this now, could you please email us directly with your order number? We will immediately track down the missing chair and send it to you as soon as possible, and we will also offer a reasonable compensation for the inconvenience and delay.

Engineers need to do better
Customer Service was quick to respond. I appreciated that. The items look as advertised! I'm very pleased. But some of the screws were challenging to screw into the receiving holes and with the base, one of the dowels was too big for the hole, resulting in the wood bulging out from that spot.

Charles lounge armchair
We received two chairs, Charles lounge chair. They are absolutely beautiful. There was some cosmetic damage from a shipping incident but customer service was more than fair in resolving the issue. I will definitely be buying from this company again.

Ordered a coffee table got a glass top instead
Ordered a coffee table, got just the glass table top. I was told their logistics company messed up with the table legs and sent a partial order. Now I have to wait another 5-7 days for them to fix it and send the other part of the table. So delivery service and time is not ideal as its already been over a week waiting on the furniture to arrive.

good Sofa, Be prepared for assembly
