Beware cost of returns if buying from UK
Gwyneth bag is great quality - but it arrived too late for my holiday and I wanted to return it - Beware if purchasing from UK as there is a cost of £20 to return, so in the end I decided to keep it as not worth it for a £50 bag. I'd buy DAY products again but not online due to difficulty / expense of returns from UK.

As orders are shipped from Denmark, returns from the UK unfortunately involve international shipping and additional customs costs after the UK left the EU, which is why the return cost is £20.

You need more pictures of the products for a more informed and less frustrating shopping experience.

Non profesional customer service
I ordered a bag for my daughter for Christmas. The description was misleading and the bag was too big. No assistance to know how to return the product that we finely had to send to our own expense. The bag has been sent back the 2d of January and we still haven't received the refund despite of a reminder email the 31st of January and the assurance that it should be proceeded within 2 or 3 business day. We are now the 10th of February. Purchase has been done the 17th of December

The bags are lovely but the customer…
The bags are lovely but the customer service is horrible, the bags have the incorrect sizes listed on their website, off by over 15cm. I have been trying to return it for over 2 weeks and still struggling to just get a return label, my frustration is SO HIGH and I don't understand why it is impossible to reach a human being for so long.

first time buying from DAY ET. I got a black leather coat. However, its way too shiny, in the image with the model it looked less shiny. The quality is great. Strong leather smell, i hope it goes away with time because its a bit too intense. But nice experience over all.

Delivery takes ages! Not the 4-7 days that it says on the website. I placed an order over a week ago now and it hasn’t even arrived in the UK yet. The timeframe wouldn’t be an issue if the delivery wasn’t SO expensive! If you pay that much for delivery, it should be a speedy service!

Great experience! OK, I had a problem with the order because it did not arrive on time, I suggest removing the information about the shipping time, which is misleading and leads to unnecessary problems and stress. Also, great customer service, easy to reach and quick to respond. The product is great and solid, my wife is delighted. I can recommend it as a gift for any occasion for women of all ages, from your grandmother to your daughter.
