I’m writing to request that Apple Pay be made available again on the Australian or European website for purchases. Apple Pay is a safe and reliable payment option, especially for overseas transactions, and helps reduce the risk of data fraud.

I have loved Day B&M for a very long time, but there is something that always goes wrong with buying online and not being able to try things and see things and on top of that they charge you a fee for returns- it should be forbidden for online only shops. I liked their shop so much when they had that lovely physical shop in the middle of CPH. I always regret buying online.

Poor rating due to returns policy and that everything is sent from Denmark. Bought online from what appeared to be a UK site but is not. Had to email to ask where the item was after 10 days. Replied quickly to say it would be delivered in the next couple of days, which it was. Unfortunately was not suitable and if you’re thinking of buying from them be warned that you have to pay the postage to Denmark for any returns and that a handling fee of £12.00 plus Vat is charged on any return. An expensive mistake!
