Overall I was very happy with the result of the survey report, it was detailed and showed clear findings where possible. The report is well structured and easy to follow with useful guidance/recommendations. There was an issue over the timescale of getting the report, but after communicating with Emily & Dan I was assured of the reasons behind the delay. Thank you both :-)

Very efficient and friendly and produced a comprehensive report. I like the fact that they skip the option of providing a basic homebuyer survey and, instead, do a higher level one at a very competitive price. Also like the fact they have local knowledge so are not merely doing a "box ticking" exercise.

Very efficient turnaround - DAW booked the survey in quickly by direct liaison through seller's Estate Agent and the report was provided in good time afterwards.
The level 3 survey report was comprehensively detailed with valuable advice about current condition and future maintenance, together with lots of relevant photos and excellent drone shots to show the roof and chimneys.
