Excellent communication throughout, from booking appointment to letting me know he was running slightly late on the day. Clear explanation of the process and speedy issuing of the certificate the same day.

Very polite and quick response to my communications. Arrived on time for the appointment and quietly went about doing the survey thoroughly and asked questions to clarify anything that could help me in assessing the energy grade of the property correctly. The energy certificate was completed and emailed within a few hours, much of that time was waiting for me to provide information on building regs certificate.
