I'd give zero stars if I could. This man is a SCAM ARTIST. The picture he "sketched" for someone I know turned out to be crudely photoshopped faces on deformed hand drawn bodies. He blocked the girl after she asked for her mlney back, and blocked two of her friends who messaged him asking why he blocked her and won't refund her money.
Save your money! This guy is a crook.
Customer service is terrible. I ordered for a special event with over a months notice. I received a hand drawn picture that looked nothing like it was supposed to and had nothing to show for my event. After not replying to any messages they blocked me on Facebook. I tried to contact them for 5 months. In this time I was also reached out to by many others this has happened to. They are trying to get news coverage of this so stay tuned. All we wanted was a refund for the terrible product we received. No joke it looked nothing like the reference pictures we sent. Buyer beware if you don't see an address or phone number for a company DO NOT BUY!
