Impossible to Communicate with!

I want to buy a car!!!

I've been trying to buy a car for over 25,000 euros from the Das Weltauto Spanish website. 3 days nobody can be bothered to contact me.. I've sent whattsapp, Facebook, Twitter, email portal forms and called them 5 times with promises someone will contact me back.

Do they want to sell cars or no?

This company is a disgrace and even if I did manage to speak to someone now I have major reservations to buy.
This Business should be closed down its so awful!!
