Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. I initially ordered a dartboard stand which when arrived through slow postage did not match the product as advertised on the website - physically it looked different and did not even fit together as it should have. When raised with customer service they were at first reluctant to rectify but did allow for me to exchange, however a set of darts I received in return was also faulty. These darts had a clear manufacturing fault but when notified again customer service dismissed this as my doing and communicated they would not help further. I am disgusted by this store and their lack of quality control and basic customer service. I will never order from here again. To anyone else on the fence ordering from here - DO NOT BOTHER!

1 month and no delivery…..

Small order but $100 and 1 month on still waiting….If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely hopeless customer supper and service. Have just said it’s picked up by AusPost nothing I can do. So no darts no money and poor service. Dartsonline.co.nz all comes from Aus. Do not bother ordering from these clowns.

Amazing Service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I recently ordered a darts set and dartboard for my husband for Christmas through Darts Online, I spoke with one of the guys and he was so helpful answering my questions and helping me navigate their large product range. Check out was easy and shipping (even with the holiday period) was quick. I would highly recommend and will absolutely be shopping there again. Thank You Darts Online!

Zero stars iff possible clowns…

Zero stars iff possible clowns cancelled order because I paid for express post and asked that I receive tracking with in 24 hours very reasonable given the postage cost for such a small item with out any communication they cancelled the order and responded with we don't accept threatening emails I thought they where suppose to be men not super sensitive little snow flake girls they probably shit themselves at the sound of a car starting up with out even joking I will now have to wait 5 days for a refund from these idiots and all the sales will be done from all stores at this point DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS BUY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE CAN PROVIDE PHOTOS TO SHOW HOW PATHETIC AND WEAK THEY ARE AND SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING A RACE LET ALONE A BUISNESS

Missing Darts, poor customer service

Placed an order in June for a complete NRL darts set including the board and darts. It was given as a gift to someone who soon realised there were no darts included. For the price paid I would expect there to be darts to be able to play the game. I have attempted to get in contact for months with no response. I am not happy

Alec from Darts online rang me to…

Alec from Darts online rang me to explain how disappointed he was with my review. He explained all emails went to spam and he hadn't gone through them recently. An excuse, but not plausible in my opinion, it was however an excuse. I keep the packaging in case I have to return the item as was the case here. I delete my address and write R.T.S. to return them safely. Alec being a smart operator emailed me an invoice for the return postage and deducted the amount from the initial payment. Having taken Amazon to court and winning a settlement I now take precautions buying on line.
I photograph everything I receive in case I have to return the item, that way I have a before and after photo.
Although the flights crumpled during my attempt to install them to the dart body, they were not torn or split in anyway. The return photo has them looking identical to the receiving photo. Alec emailed saying that although the slits were extremely tight he had managed to attach the flights to the darts. Clearly Alec is a professional and smart. He then deducted an amount from the initial payment for returning damaged flights. If Alec attached damaged flights with difficulty to the darts clearly he is incredibly smart. I did not receive an invoice for the deduction for the dameged flights however. I was told it could take up to a month for the refund, but thankfully I have received the diminished payment, and that has finalised my disappointing experience with darts online.
I have bought from another store without any hassles or problems.

Very sketchy company

Very sketchy company, charging way to noch for postage and not even deliver with signature. Never going to buy there again. Parcel got stolen and they don’t Even answer Mails. $20 postage and no secured delivery. SCAM. 1 star ist too much, I would give them a big fat ZERO

Quality Customer Service, exceptional range, great prices

Wow. Had a really good experience with these guys. Customer service was top notch. Ordered a board bundle, and rang about shipping. They dispatched my order straight away and upgraded to priority. They couldn't have been nicer. Prices were the best around that I could find. Brilliant.
