Horrible CS and even worse management who lie to hurt their customers.
Not only is their shipping atrociously slow (18 days to deliver - far outside of the times for UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail as noted on their website)…
Not only do they not take any responsibility for delays and blame ‘outside warehouses’ when the customer inquires about the delay…
Not only do they try to force customers to pay return shipping and restock fees when the customer finally requests a return/refund because their item arrived far too late to be of use…
Not only do they stonewall the customer when they request a full refund…
but then, after 20 days of the customer trying to resolve via email, when the customer finally is so tired that they submit a charge back with their credit card due to hugely delayed shipping and refusal to accept a full return without return shipping or restock fees…
then they have the GALL to claim IN WRITING that the customer never contacted them to try to resolve the matter in the first place !!! (I have a copy of this saved in case they want to try to dispute it)
Blatantly lying to a credit card company when there is a long chain of emails that says otherwise. I sent these emails to my CC provider and they immediately saw what was happening and decided in my favor, thankfully.
The boss/owner is evidently ok with lying to hurt customers. Thank goodness for consumer protections against people like this.
Never again. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE - save yourself the headache!!

Seller said tire was in stock. I purchased it but never received tracking number. Ten days later, no tracking, no tire, and couldn't contact by phone because there was a voice message instructing me to email them. I did so but never received a reply. Had to open a case with paypal to get a refund. No way to do business

But they should if sent me the standard cartridges and not for the 23"wheel kit version. Again my package was already opened, missing the fork oil, and missing packaging. That's some grimy business. This is not the first time mislead about “in-stock” items.
This is not the first time, but will be the last. They’ve lost another customer going forward. Items are marked as in-stock, but are not. Placed an order for pickup on an ln-stock part. When I contact them after a week of no updates, they said my order was placed and set for delivery to them the following week and I would receive it after they got it and checked it in ect. So I’m looking at almost 3 weeks to receive a simple part that they said they had. I try to support local businesses, but this is unacceptable. If they were up front about it, it’d be one thing, but selling stuff they don’t actually have time and time again is not acceptable.
Dishonest Merchant
Seller accepted order and could not provide within quoted delivery dates, so canceled within the hour. Now they want to charge a restock for for something that hasn't shipped or even been pulled from the warehouse. STEER CLEAR of these crooks.

These are the worst people to deal with they have an attitude and the Custemer is last according to the owner they don’t care about helping you their products are used at times stating they are new !!! Horrible place to shop for bike parts my advice if u don’t want to be disappointed shop somewhere else!!!!!!!!
Graat Service is alive and well!
This was my first purchase from MotoMummy and was for a motorcyle travel bag. Ordered on a Thursday, recieved an order confirmation immediately, then a shipping update and track #. Order arrived on the following Monday, so 3 UPS business days from TX to CO (EXCELLENT!). The bag is the S3500 Tactical and it is extremely well made with all the features I personally want. I will review the bag later after using on a trip. Thank you MotoMummy!
UPDATE: Have found the S3500 a very easy to use luggage bag. It has zippered side 'doors' instead of a top opening which allows you to access things easily while traveling. Instead of opening the top and digging down like a miner to find that clean t-shirt, you open one of the sides and slide out whatever you need. Has 6 internal additional pouches on the inside of the 'doors' and 4 external ones for keeping googles, sun glasses, gloves, bandannas and etc etc. Easy to secure to the bike, has a rain cover, and can carry approx 4 days of clothes plus emergency tools/items using the 'shelf' that seperates the internal space vertically however you like. There is even room for an extra pair of shoes. All in all a very intelligently designed bag. I especially liked the $189 price compared to $210++ elsewhere.
Not very customer centric service… Stay Away
Not very customer centric service oriented when it comes to issue resolution! Order a Item from them and item ship was not what it look like, request for a return and all they request was a picture. When I clearly stated that the item sent was not clear it was black for the background, instead of issuing a return label. They are requesting a picture. Sent them the picture and nothing. Ghosted.
Extra charge
I'm leaving here my one star review because of the extra 20% charge which wasn't my mistake. UPS never tried to deliver me, I contacted motomummy beforehand, saying the shipment was having a problem, even in the UPS website said to correct the address and then it was saying to contact the sender. I did that. I provided all the proof that I didn't reject the item but they still charged an extra 10% on top of the 10% fee to return an item. Makes no sense after all the proof but it is what is it. For me it's a lot of money, so I'm not buying again from these guys.

Looked at no less than 5 places to order Bridgestone S22's for my R1 and found their prices at a minimum of $50 less than all others. And not sure how they got them to me in 2 days. Great job. Highly recommend.
Ordered Austin Racing exhaust April…
Ordered Austin Racing exhaust April 16th and July 2nd still have nothing. Sent them emails several times asking for an update and i was ignored until i contacted Austin Racing on their instagram page of all places! Then Austin asked me to email them which i did and received a reply and only then did motomummy respond to me. 15 days now since motomummy shipped my exhaust and i still have nothing. (I'm in canada by the way) What an absolute joke this process has been and if i had any idea it would be this terrible i would have just ordered from Austin Racing DIRECT. People who have ordered from austin direct AFTER me already have their exhausts installed on their bikes and i have nothing. Never again will i deal with this company and USPS who they use for international shipping. Disgusting!
They clearly don't use their products
They clearly don't use their products. I received a motion pro u joint tool yesterday and used it according to the manufacturers directions, and it clearly didn't work right off the bat. I contacted them that day. It was poorly engineered, and worthless. I contacted Moto mummy and they sent me an email back saying that it was used there's nothing they could do. How could I possibly know it was garbage until I tried to use it? Terrible service, selling junk products, avoid them completely. I'm going to let everyone know what kind of crap this is.
Horrible service - Tried to Do The Right Thing After I Was Shipped Wrong Item!
Horrible service! I ordered an M4 slip on exhaust and these guys sent me the full exhaust system. I called them in good faith as they were very confused and had two other orders that were messed up. I am on a time crunch getting a lot of work done on my bike at once the next day and was not sure what the solution was if the slip on I originally ordered was not sent to me this same day. I was condescended and accused if trying to get a more expensive exhaust system out of them when they are the ones who messed up the order and unfortunately I needed the part right away. I even called back and offered to pay $150 towards the difference in the pipes of $298. Of course they accepted after some more condescending me. I was treated like a scum bag for doing the right thing when most people would have just kept the more expensive exhaust! I cannot believe all of this happened when the associate who shipped the wrong item should be accountable. I will not spend another dime with this company!
