To provide some context, your original purchase was a black T-Super trimmer, and during the process you requested a change of colour to gold, which we were happy to accommodate. We also included a complimentary rubber grip as a goodwill gesture.

To help make the process as smooth as possible, we provided a prepaid returns label. As part of our warranty procedure, the original item needed to be returned before the replacement could be issued. Once your returned trimmer was received, your replacement was dispatched promptly.

We always aim to resolve warranty matters as quickly and fairly as possible, and we appreciate your patience throughout. If there is anything further we can assist with, please contact us directly.

So I had to go to Salon International…

So I had to go to Salon International meet the guys from DART,and they changed my clipper whitout any problems, this new clipper is amazing and works very well,now I am pleased and happy customer! Definitely will buy the products again from DART!

Very disappointed

Sorry to say that but the clippers I got I wouldn't call professional
They cut my customers skin,they pull the hair and they don't cut thick hair unfortunately

So I am very disappointed! And I am professional barber over 28 years experience!

I send this review in July! Only now I got reply! Is it a joke?? We are in October! I did send several emails,no response whatsoever! Now they replied to my review, cheers!!!

DART PROFESSIONAL Clippers have some positives like comfortable designs and smooth cutting performance. However, my experience was mixed. My TSupers broke within six months, but the customer service team offered a partial solution. Delivery is fast, but communication issues exist. Overall, decent clippers but not flawless. Would rate them average.

Wrong item sent, email was sent. No reply. Poor customer service, shame really as the signature is a good clipper, but it’s rare to have good customer service and products.

Therefore, orders made during the weekend are typically processed and dispatched on the following working day.

In your case, since you opted for the Royal Mail 24-hour delivery service, we dispatched your order promptly on Monday, 24th July 2023; the next working day after your order. The information about this delivery timeframe was clearly displayed on the product page and during the checkout process to ensure transparency.

Upon reviewing your order, it appears that you indeed placed an order for three clippers, and the payment for all three products was successfully processed. Throughout the ordering process, we ensure transparency by presenting a summary of the selected items before proceeding to the checkout, allowing our customers to review their order details carefully. You will also have received an order confirmation email and an attached invoice detailing what you have ordered.

As per our terms and conditions of sales, it is the customer's responsibility to review the order summary and make any necessary changes before completing the purchase. Regrettably, once the order has been processed, this would be a no-fault of the company.

We do understand that circumstances can change, and we do allow customers to exercise their right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the products. However, according to our policy, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs when the return is not due to an error on the part of the company. The initial shipping cost to you have already been subsidised where we charged £0.99 for a 24 - 48 hour delivery window which will normally cost between £6.00 to £15 depending of the weight and destination of the package.

Regarding your situation, where you mentioned that a friend will purchase one of the products from you, we empathize with the inconvenience you are facing. While we are unable to cover the return shipping costs for the two clippers you no longer wish to keep, we can suggest exploring local options or courier services that may offer cost-effective return solutions. We will also extended the 14 day grace period to 30 days for your convenience.
