Think twice before purchasing from this company.

My item arrived damaged, and the seller refused to accept a proper return or issue a refund. They insisted the item be returned in exactly the same packaging and expected me to organise and pay for the return myself, with any refund only “pending inspection of goods.”

Instead of taking responsibility, the seller ignored the context in multiple emails and sent out a random replacement part I never asked for, trying to patch up the issue rather than resolving it professionally as per request and consumer law.

Overall, this company has shown a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from them.

Amazing service, the staff and the delivery service was great. I got a lot of help, information when choosing what furniture I wanted and the delivery drivers were respectful and very quick when assembling the furniture. All very stylish and very good quality. Have bought them from twice, will keep going back.

Be careful ordering off this site. Had a fault with a coffee table they tried everything especially being rude to not take it back offered me a reduced rate but this went on for hours. Finally kept the faulty goods because it was too costly to return although they did refund me a third. Rudest ever customer service

An excellent, first-class Company to deal with. My dining table arrived ahead of schedule. Unfortunately during transit there was slight damage to the top. I immediately rang to report this and spoke to Dilshad (who was very kind and polite - he couldn’t apologise enough to me) and without any hesitation whatsoever, offered to send me a replacement out (which is what I asked for) and true to his word a replacement arrived 2 days later -OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE 🥇- which is rarely seen these days! The gentlemen who delivered my replacement top were also from the Company itself - they too were most helpful, polite, courteous, respected my property, you could ever wish to meet.

I have nothing but praise and recommendation for them - they are an absolute pleasure to deal with and I am delighted with my new dining table. Looks fabulous, excellent quality, and price was fantastic too! 🙏

They are absolute professionals in the business. I had ordered a TV unit from them and had booked in a separate courier service to send it to NI. They were constantly in touch with me on WhatsApp keeping me posted about how I wanted the packaging to be and coordinated the delivery timeline.

I can't recommend them enough for the gem of a service and quality they provide. It is a great product. Please buy from them as I will definitely come back for any future orders.

Very easy to shop with. You can shop with confidence. I wasn't sure what colour in the coffee table i wanted. I phoned and asked for photos they sent videos instantly. My order was recived after 4 days placing the order and the packaging was so good.

My sister bought a tea table from amazon from this company and the tabel was unstable not safe so she had to return the table. She contacted Amazon sameday of receipt of the table. Amazon were great but unfortunately this company Q&P furniture lied when the received the table back saying she returned the old table. That just tells me either this company cannot be trusted. Don't buy from them if you think you might have to return items that might be not suitable or nit safe.

Great seller the coffee tables look fantastic in the room. just what we were after and great quality. We had a slight delay that was entirely parcelforce fault but he kept us fully informed with updates. Would buy from them again and recommend to family and friends.
