Nice and easy to use web shop, quick delivery and items nicely packed.

I saw this wonderful goth dress on TikTok and I immediately had to have it. I wanted it for months and finally I put the order in, their website was very helpful and instructive, the delivery process went smooth, and of course the product itself was indescribably breathtaking. Totally in love ❤️ 😍

Beware. If you need to return the item that you bought on DarkinCloset website, they will give you a hard time. After countless emails back and forth they finally gave us the shipping address to ship the item back. Not only that we have to ship the item back to China and pay for the international shipping fee, which is $35 from the US for just a skirt, they also asked us to lie about the value of the item so that nobody has to pay the custom tax. Then once they received our item they won’t give us a full refund because they said their shipping fee was $24 instead of the $9.99 shipping fee that they already charged us. So they will deduct additional shipping fee out of the price that we paid for the item. Steer clear of this company! Plenty of other companies provide the same quality item that includes free shipping and return!

Very good quality product and friendly and helpful customer service; even though the skirt I ordered was initially out of stock, they emailed me shortly after I placed my order asking if I wanted a different size now or the one I ordered at a slightly later date; I chose the latter option and it arrived much sooner than expected; also the delivery tracking works well.

I am really upset with this company! I advise everyone NOT to buy from them, I had ordered a rather expensive jacket, but they didn't have my size. But they would not return my money. They kept offering me "deals" on other items or store credit. I didn't want another item or store credit. Then they said they would refund it in 5 -7 business days. Didn't do that, either, and then never heard from them. I had to open a dispute with Paypal to finally get my money back. It took over a month! I do NOT recommend anyone purchase anything from this company!

This is the second time that i am buying from this brand, and for the second time i am amazed by the quality. It is just simply stunning. The detail, the work. Absolutely satisfied. Will order again for sure.

The dress i ordered was STUNNING! Im 7 months pregnant and never thought I’d find a dress that would make me feel so good. The customer service was super attentive, and I got my package in maybe 4 days. Faster than Amazon. I also got a coupon code for an item that wasn’t in stock so I can pick out a new one. Overall very happy with my experience. I would recommend this store and I will buy from them again!

I ordered the Devil Fashion Black Gothic Punk Asymmetric Military Jacket for Denver's Goth Prom. It arrived in time, fit perfectly, and looked great. I would order from DarkinCloset again.

Update to my previous review:
I had to open a Paypal dispute that escalated and was decided in my favor because the seller didn't even respond. So let that sink in, they told me they would refund me for the item that they never sent and then ghosted me. Luckily I paid with Paypal and got my money back. Please stay away from this shop, don't let the fake reviews and countless "influencer posts" fool you. They will take your money and then ignore you.

Fast shipping and very well packaged, the quality of the clothes is great and the size (xs) fits me perfectly! I realy love this store so much! 💯

The dress that I had ordered not only came in earlier then expected but was also really good quality. I'm usually a large and that is what I ordered but it is a little big in some places. I'd recommend going a size down as the dress is made of a stretch material
