I repeat: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. They say that they offer free returns within a week, but despite being contacted on the day of receipt, they made suggestions such as having the dress tailored, or selling it or gifting it to a friend. The back and forth went on for weeks until they offered a $20 refund to keep the dress, that we have no use for. They are dishonest and disreputable and have no problems scamming 16-year-olds out of their hard-earned money that they spent in good faith on a prom dress. Zero starts is not an option, otherwise, that would be our rating.

Have ordered several things from Dark In Closet and have had to experience interacting with their customer service team. They are extremely communative through the order process and when I placed an order for 2 items that ended with free shipping I realized there was another item I had wanted. Contacted customer service and they got it added to my order so I didn't have to pay the extra for shipping, as well with an order I again placed shortly after that order they were able to ship everything together and made it so everything arrived together which was awesome! Before these orders I had placed an order where the size wasn't quite right and they worked with me quickly and efficiently to get it fixed! Customer Service has been amazing whenever I've had to interact with them and the clothes are amazing! Show up in a timely manner and in great condition! They are amazing and wonderful!

Initially I'm always skeptical about ordering online especially through Instagram, however I took the risk and I bought my dream dress. I would 100% recommend buying from this site, it's trustworthy, fast, clothing is made with quality materials, and they even emailed me regarding if I was happy with the purchase, and if I received it. Which makes me very happy, that they appreciate their customers 🖤 10/10

Item arrived way earlier than expected, and it's very well made. Customer service was great; they reached out to me multiple times to make sure everything was ok.

The dress was beautiful and came a couple weeks after I ordered. The only difference is the corset, which did not include the ruffles shown. It was still gorgeous and fits great!

Honestly a really good website, it’s the only online shop that i bought from that emailed me to know if i got the packages. I think i ordered a total off 5-8 peace of clothes on the website? I got an issue with only 1 and it was the punk rave vest only made of chains. It was missing 1 chains on the vest and all i had to do was send a picture of the defective product and they send me back a new one without any kind of fee. So overall customer service is super good, the package always arrived on time and the clothe are hella cool.

My daughter is absolutely gorgeous in this. A slight bit small around waist but she will get something for support around midsection. Fed ex tried to deliver to a completely wrong address on day needed for her birthday. But it came next day.

I bought the Punk Rave Grey Gothic Fashion Untrimmed faux fur jacket and I love it! Really soft, fashionable and warm. I’ve received multiple compliments on this jacket. Shipping was very quick as well!

Darkincloset are one of my favourite places to shop for Gothic clothing. They have the best selection I’ve seen anywhere, and way before others are even stocking them. Their customer service has always been excellent, they get back to you in very good time, and have never failed to solve any issues that I’ve had. Recently I had accidentally ordered the wrong size, and when I contacted them about it, they were fast to respond, and fixed it immediately. Highly recommended.

The store has a beautiful and wide array of alternative clothing from multiple brands, some of which I was already familiar with and so knew that they were of good quality.
My order was processed and shipped very quickly, everything went smoothly with the world wide shipping, I was given a link to track the package. The clothing that arrived was just as listed and described on the site, neatly packaged and great to wear!
Customer support was also exceedingly friendly and reached out to ask if everything went well with the World Wide shipping!

I really love the the choices they have for dark clothing, everything was great, and the support team really takes time and care of you and your package 🫶🏻

Echoing the other 1 star reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE from this shop. I ordered 2 items that were too big, even though I went by the size chart provided. It has been 3 days and I am still trying to get a refund. The website says you need to have the tags attached in order to receive a refund and the first thing they did was ask me to spend my own money to take the dresses to a tailor and have the plastic tags removed. Then they sprung it on me that I would need to pay to ship the dresses back to China and also pay associated taxes and fees for the parcel being imported to China. They offered to send me a discount code to repurchase the dresses in a smaller size because they don't recommend you make returns due to the price involved and it would be better if I tried to sell them on my own. I declined the coupon. I don't imagine I will get anything back from them but will keep pestering them over email. I am also going to open a case with Paypal, though I don't have much hope there either. Save your money. I also noticed another customer was told to take down a bad review. Wonder if I will get the same message.

The faux fur jacket I ordered from Devil Fashion is absolutely stunning! I feel like a true gothic princess in it. Thank you, Dark in Closet, for the smooth delivery and beautiful clothing. I’ll definitely order more <3

I ordered a dress for my prom and i'm so glad that I did! The dress for this low price is so beatiful and good quality. It took like 2 weeks to come to Czech republic, which is a little longer than I expected, since it said that it should took only a week, but I'm still very satisfied!
