Amazing experience
Amazing experience, easy to order, they communicated really well and pulled thru with my preorder which I was worried about with how hard it's been to.get product lately. They wrapped my items really well and even included some sweeties. Really awesome seller who id 100% use again. X

First time order
First time order, some items got refunded with no reasoning a couple of months after I had placed the original order (these were items that were ordered to ship alongside some pre-orders, and unfortunately the same type of item wasn't available anywhere at the time I was refunded, so I missed out on getting the items I wanted from other stores too).
The rest of the items came, but in 2 separate parcels, 1 with most of the order arriving a few weeks after the stated release dates on the site listings, again, the delays weren't communicated.
The items that did arrive were well packaged and trackable, with a free mini pack of sweets and small next order discount, which was a nice touch. The prices were also competitive.
I would have given a higher rating if there was communication around any changes to the order and if the full order had arrived.
