Waited patiently, then order cancelled the moment I emailed
I placed an order for OP-14 on 9th January and genuinely gave the benefit of the doubt no chasing, no pestering, assuming delays happen.
But the minute I finally asked for an update, the order was cancelled and refunded within 15 minutes. That doesn’t feel like “busy”, it feels like my order wasn’t being dealt with at all until I spoke up and then the easiest option was to refund instead of fulfil.
Poor communication and really frustrating as a customer.
