I bought some trousers here a couple of…
I bought some trousers here a couple of years ago and was so happy with them I bought the exact same kind again this year. The material used has changed to save costs. The pockets are so thin they ripped the first time I put keys in them. I also bought gloves and these too broke in the first use, and some socks that are so thin they are almost useless. Good price but the quality is so bad it’s not worth it.

I am sorry that the products did not meet your expectations.
It is possible that the material has changed on the pants since you bought them some years ago.
But the clothes are not meant to brake during the first use. All though we have good prices we still want to keep a good quality.
