I used Daniels Silverman (DS) to…
I used Daniels Silverman (DS) to obtain a fee from a client, who refused to pay. DS sent the necessary demand to the client, who then approached a large London firm of solicitors to defend them. I worked tirelessly alongside a solicitor from DS, who was brilliant. The client tried every tactic to countersue my company. . With the help of DS we worked hard and were able to defend the accusations which were untrue. Plus we won our case against my client.
The ex client had over £20k of legal fees, I had of course much less as with the fixed amount agreed with DS and with the same amount of legal expertise. I was very, very happy. I have recommended them to all my friends in business. I can only highly recommend them to defend anyone. They are professional, intelligent and worked tirelessly to defend me. You could not obtain a better service elsewhere.

Great Experience..
Daniels Silverman had been recommended to us and from having the first initial chat over the phone we have had nothing but positive experiences. They are very professional and helpful in explaining the next steps in order to collect the money that is due to us.

They have been fairly good at recouping…
They have been fairly good at recouping some debts for us but the communication isn't very good. We're not given regular updates on progress being made with chasing debts and are often unaware of the status of debts being chased. I assume this is because the debts they're chasing for us aren't for large amounts but more information from them would be very useful.
