Excellent service, good communication and really pleased with the furniture quality

I bought the Senova garden table and chairs and was amazed at the quality for the price. Super quick delivery. Very happy. Would recommend.

Very poor customer service, they messed me about a lot with delivery dates. Delivery was atrocious, my sofa was left at the entrance to my communal block, (not outside my address) so could’ve easily been stolen. Then the sofa I ordered was a nightmare to put together due to the legs and connectors not fitting correctly, so it doesn’t feel like a sturdy sofa that will last me long. Would not recommend

Easy order process, delivery prompt, good quality items

I am delighted with my stylish comfortable Dako garden sofa set. Ordering was easy, the price really competitive and delivery was free. The furniture arrived quickly and I was very impressed with the friendly helpful delivery driver. Assembly was a little time consuming but the end result worth it.

The delivery was brilliant, practically the time they said, and quick delivery too! The man was smiley , and polite and brought the bistro set in for me as it was heavy!
Lovely set and at an amazing price too , looks gorgeous! Can’t fault this company! And a free blanket and some sweeties as a gift! A lovely touch you don’t get with other companies, I would defo recommend this company and will be buying from them again! Thank you!

Brilliant delivery service. Mariusz was incredibly helpful bringing in my package as it was quite heavy. A little disappointing was the table we received in our garden set as the holes didn’t quite match up to put the legs on so one is not quite screwed in. However overall very pleased for the price.

My order was quick and on time. The sofa was great quality and I love the design and style i looked everywhere but couldn't find something this nice and at this great price.

Absolutely love the garden furniture we purchased, looks great. The quality is great, I managed to put together in less than 30 mins. Also what was a lovely touch, they sent us a free fleecy blanket and a small selection of chocolates. Would defo recommend.*****

I waited in ALL DAY for the delivery that had been booked by DX . No delivery took place. I am beyond cross. I kept getting updates but my number which was9 was just passed by. My tracking no: G9606401. I hope you receive this and act on it. I tried to ring both Dako and DX but no-one responded.
