obsessed with my order!

I’m so happy with my experience with this brand! Everything was great—from the customer service to the packaging and, of course, the product itself. I got the blue silk skirt and the color is absolutely stunning. The quality is amazing and it fits perfectly, true to size. Totally love it!

Silk is thin and not as good quality as the other blouse I bought from dailysilk . Communications for return is slow and I will need to pay the shipping fee for the return .

Need this skirt your closet!

I had a really good time with the Daisy Silk team, they were kind and helpful in front of my every need! The polka dot skirt, I have it in champagne colour, it is gorgeous, it has an excellent fit that adheres perfectly to the body. The fabric is very light and comfortable, with a very luxurious and chic result, ideal for those looking for an elegant but effortless style!

Not silk. Terrible quality. Unethical company.

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I ordered 3 "silk" nightgowns at over $160 each. Several weeks later I received 3 cheap Chinese satin replicas of terrible quality. They were obviously not the same items pictured on the website. I left tags attached and emailed the company requesting a return and full refund (the same day I received the items). They replied the next day asking for pictures of the issue. So I sent them pictures and a description (which is more than anyone should be required to do for a return). The next day they offered me an exchange or partial refund. Completely unacceptable business practices. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY. Will never order from them again. I don't think I'll ever see my $500 I wasted on their $3 worth of clothing.

Best Silk Men Shorts Boxers!

I got the Daisysilk Print Silk Men Shorts Boxers. My husband love them so much! I got 3 colors! They are quality, comfort beautiful and luxury at the same time. The soft elastic waist makes it unique comfort aside from the buttery soft silk. The style as well and its length made it perfect sleepwear. Expensive but worth it! Cost of wear with proper silk care, they can last 2-3 years! Great gifts to your loved one. Great customer service and delivery service!

The silk feels incredibly soft and smoothso nice against the skin and the quality is beautiful. My package arrived much faster than I expected, which was a great surprise. Overall, I’m very happy with the products and the quick delivery, and I’ll definitely shop with Daisysilk again.

Highly deceptive and terrible…

Highly deceptive and terrible China-based business. I ordered customized blouses and Daisysilk failed to follow my instructions over emails--delivering three unwearable blouses late, and then obstructed my receipt of refund. Make sure you do chargeback with your card issuer to avoid any fraud from them. The FTC, BBB investigation is set to investigate their multiple deceptive and unfair business practices. This is my second disappointing purchase and the silk blouse I bought earlier this year has deteriorated in quality despite my careful handling. Daisysilk's products seemed less costly but are in fact not of good quality and their nature of business is very dishonest and not worth your money. They ship your item from China and send you customer support emails at midnight US time. Many customers have left comments about their dishonest practices. Their customer support team said I am their valued customer while refusing to take responsibility for their reckless mistakes. Disappointing and not trustworthy at all. I would give zero star if possible.

We would like to clarify the situation to avoid any misunderstanding. Our company has always been transparent with our customers: we operate warehouses in the United States, China, the United Kingdom, and Australia, and shipments are arranged based on both order details and warehouse availability.

You have placed two custom orders with us. The first order was completed to your satisfaction. For the second order, you expressed dissatisfaction with the product. We immediately communicated with you and offered two solutions: a refund upon return or a remake of the product. However, you declined to return the product, stating that you would only be able to do so two months later, while insisting that we first ship a replacement.

As clearly stated in our return policy, if a customer requests an exchange or a refund, the item must be returned to our U.S. warehouse. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in good condition and suitable for resale, we process refunds within 1–5 business days.

We are a responsible company, committed to providing high-quality products and services. Nevertheless, demanding a remake and shipment without returning the original product falls outside the scope of our policy and industry norms.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you are welcome to return it, and we will immediately arrange your refund upon receipt. What we cannot accept, however, are malicious negative reviews or attempts to pressure us through intimidation.

We respect every customer and will continue to act responsibly and transparently. We kindly ask that our brand not be misrepresented or unfairly discredited.

The top didn’t fit - customer service was atrocious.

The top didn’t fit, not a big deal, I reached out to customer service for the return and was told to leave a positive review, send a picture of it and then they would give me the return instructions. Took days to finally get it. To say I was shocked is an understatement.
