1). The vests took forever to arrive and their notification that they were shipped was a lie.

2). There was never other than an automated response from customer service. You can not reach them by phone.

3). They advertise to include a battery for the vest but all three arrived without a battery.

4). The product is useless even if they had the battery. The 3x size dosen't fit even a medium sized person by at leat 3 sizes ( it would require a 6x to git medium).

I wasted just shy of $150.00 on this purchase. This company is a Ripoff Artist. I should have checked Trust Pilot before making the purchase. Boy was I stupid.

Poor customer service. Ordered a Voltex heated vest. Size XL (label says 3x), true size is a small. You can't reach anyone by phone to make a return. They give you the run around with emails. Been trying to reach someone by phone for a week. They don't return phone calls, I've left 4 messages on different days.
The material of the vest is so cheap. Save your money and don't purchase.
Wish I could give them a negative review.

I had the same problem with the heated vest, way too small for my husband and I have emailed several times and called several times and cant get anyone to answer. It is terrible!

Same as the other reviews. Product came way late, no battery packs with them and no fast charging packs that were ordered in addition to the vests and which the packing slip said were included. They don't even deserve one star!

I ordered a heated vest. When it arrived (many weeks after the order was placed) the 3xl was equal to an American Small. I tried calling Customer Service. WHen I finally got a person (after calling for several days) the person said they would immediately email me a return label. That was a week ago. I had also emailed their Customer Service and was sent their return policy, which can only be expedited via phone. Total scam. Poorly made products for high cost. Stay away from this. Reported also to the BBB and FLorida State Consumer Affairs dept. as they have a business address in Gainesville, FL

Don't do business with this company! Heated vest came nearly three weeks too late-way past when I needed it for Christmas. When it arrived there was no required battery pack so no way to even operate it! Went back and forth with emails, explaining the situation, and they tried to then sell me a battery pack. Tried calling customer service and AFTER holding for a while the vm said they "could not take my call at this time." Obviously it shipped from overseas but I paid hight US price for it and at the time of order nothing indicated that I would need to buy the battery pack separately. Awful experience and a HUGE waste of time.

I ordered a heated vest on Dec 14. It had not arrived as of Christmas. I tracked the package, and it was not in the postal system. (Other products I ordered from other companies on the same day arrived within a week). I called Dailydealswire: my wait time was 3 minutes and then suddenly "no one available to take call. Leave a message or e-mail us @ undecipherable speech." I left a message and called back immediately. I got a real person who talked in circles and was not helpful. I said I would give it until after the new year. I called my credit card company (before and after Christmas) to put an alert and an update on my account for possible dispute. Package is in tracking system as of Dec 29--two weeks after placed order. I am worried about the quality of the product after reading other reviews.

Got my heated vest 3 weeks late. Scammed 0 stars

I ordered Thermalux heated vest and it ended up going to this site in the end and it was a disaster after that. No order, no communication, sends no working tracking number. Been 30 days now and nothing. Submitted a dispute with my credit card.

I actually finally got my terrible heated vest, but of course it does not work. Looks more like an emergency vest after a marathon. Does not turn on at all. No customer service.

Ordered and paid for heated vest which was to be delivered12/21 however it actually came 12/28 thus thus missing Christmas and of course the company said it was UPS issue.
The vest came and only heats up on one side, probably a knock off which was supposed to be a Voltex vest. Tried to contact the company with no results, go figure.
The company is a fraud company and full of scams and stores (lies) about what happened to your order or delivery. I give a 5 star rating for best SCAM company in Florida.

This company totally mis-represents its shipping policy. It stated I would receive my package in 3-5 days. I ordered on December 19, 2023. Received a tracking number on December 21, 2023. I checked it and the post office had not received the package for shipping. Finally on December 28, 2023 I checked again, and it stated that a third party shipper, had received the package, but the post office still had not received the package. Don’t buy from this company if you want a true delivery date. Now I’m worried the product I ordered will be inferior as well.

This review is actually "a no star review". This company is closer to trash than a business. The customer service line is set up to intentionally avoid your calls--no one ever picks up a call or returns a call. I am checking in to the DA's office in Gainesville, Florida. Frad is a crime, and should absolutely be treated that way. Be smart and record your own messages you leave with the exact time of your phone call.

100% scam. do not order from this company. hard lesson learned!

If I could give this company no stars I would. Received a “heated” vest that contains no batteries in a ripped inside bag. Their policy doesnt allow returns unless unopened. How would you try on an article of
Clothing if you can’t open the bag? Worse rip off! BBB will be notified. Wish I had read the reviews.

I ordered 4 heated vests from them on 12/16, they said they shipped on 12/28 even provided a tracking number..postal service never received the package..I’ve sent emails..tried to call..nothing..total scam..NEVER DO ANYTHING WITH THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

Garbage scam company. Read all the other reviews, mine is the same. They take your money, send a bogus tracking and you receive nothing. What a bunch of a-holes.

BEWARE! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! I wish I had looked at reviews before I purchased anything from this pathetic company. Order placed 12/2 for 3 vests. You cannot get anyone to talk to and they send a bogus tracking number. When you go the tracking number, it states that USPS is still waiting for the item to ship it. I finally received them 12/26. What a joke. They said if someone is a 2XL it is a 4XL with them. The vest was at lease 6 inches from closing...piece of crap. I called them and actually got a person and they sent me an e-mail on how to send them back, which I did today. We will see how long a refund takes. I paid via Paypal, even bigger mistake. They will not do anything. At least if I used a CC I could have the bank step in. Minus ten stars for you DDW!!!!

Just like all the other reviews, I am not happy with this scam of a company. I too ordered 2 heated vests for Christmas. I ordered in November they came after Christmas, WITH NO BATTERIES. Who can use a heated vest with no way to heat it? I'm furious with this crappy company. Their excuse is that the USPS is backlogged with packages so it will take longer.I WORK FOR THE POSTAL SERVICE. EVERY SINGLE PARCEL THAT COMES IN TO OUR SYSTEM GOES OUT EVERYDAY. Dont blame the delivery company for your dishonest company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, GO TO THE DOLLAR STORE INSTEAD.
