Purchase a gun from these guys over a year ago made easy with their fantastic customer service and knowledge.one year later and I popped in today with a jammed barrel. Mark was extremely helpful and fixed it on the spot after a few minutes of careful work. What more can I say if you're looking for an Air rifle or pistol then there's no place I'd rather go. Great shop and staff!

I made my order online, found the website beautifully laid out and explained in detail all information you would want to know, I was phoned by a lovely man who got me on delivery for the next day, the delivery driver rang ahead this morning to let me know how long, he was bang on, great having a quick chat with him, I can't recommend dai leisure enough, absolutely smashing 👌

Been waiting 8months for replacement stock for a RAW micro hunter after they sold me a stock described as new but was clearly second hand the cheek piece didn’t match the stock the accessory rail was missing they’ve continued to make excuses and lie about why it hasn’t been sorted and delivered. STAY AWAY FROM DAI Lesure

Due to my mistake, I caused a financial mixup when ordering my new air rifle.
The staff were brilliant, took it in their stride and within 48 hours the new rifle was ordered. Looking forward to visiting the shop. I had heard good things before this but I’m now convinced they put the customer first!

Excellent service from DAI. I had an issue with a BB revolver. They collected it, repairs were first class and delivered back to me in good time. Once again Paul the driver was first class. Called me with updated ETA while he was travelling and arrived well within the time slot.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else

DAI Is my go to when ordering an air gun, they are the fastest and most reliable shop. I have never had a problem with them.

The drivers are all great especially Paul has been to me a few times now and he is has always been a super chill and nice guy to talk to.

Plus the guys at base.. huge knowledge. I bought new.. but needed an old rifle fixed.. (dad gave it to me 30+yrs ago.. he's long dead.. so important to me etc).. Just perfect service at every level... 10..!!
