Broken chain but good customer service
My chain broke within 24 hours of me giving it as a gift. I reached out to customer service and told them the situation and they were responsive and kind and we reached an agreement on reimbursement for repair. While I am a bit annoyed a solid gold chain is this fragile, the customer service was very good regarding the issue.

I liked the ring I ordered, but be aware of the VAT
I liked the ring I ordered, the communication was really supportive. However, seller didn’t explain that customers from the UK should expect VAT and fee to be added by customs. The currier sent me a bill that shocked me and said if I don’t pay it they will return my item. It was around 25% of the total order value.
