Do not hire James from Dad Legal!.. he is the laziest, most money hungry lawyer I have ever encountered. Before he was given the case he was all talk about how he will do this and how he will do that and the second he was transfered the legal aid grant he suddenly did nothing, refused to submit a bail application despite that being the instructions from his client and then he notified my friend that he was going on holiday and would be back the day before his trial!.. leaving him to rott in jail till then. Seriously pathetic excuse for a lawyer and a terrible option to choose if you want to get a bail application before the court expeditiously. He will drag his feet relentlessly and then bugger off on holiday for 3 weeks.

I hired James Drewett as my criminal lawyer, and it turned out to be a colossal mistake. Mr. Drewett's lack of knowledge and negligence led to a grave injustice: I ended up serving jail time due to his incompetence. If you value your freedom and justice, avoid James Drewett at all costs.
