Terrible support response and refusal to honor the service agreement
For Two and a half months we have been unable to use the Dacast service because they made an internal change in their software.
Having paid for an annual subscription we are stunned that Dacast refuses to offer us a refund, now that their internal software is no longer compatible with industry-standard mp3 files.
We find ourselves damaged as our hundreds of files must now be migrated to a different provider. Further Dacst refuses to offer even a partial refund for the fact that they changed their service rendering the service un-useable for audio files.
Their support response time has been WEEKS - each of the four attempts to communicate via their on-line chat resulted in "we will get back to you"...and then weeks long delays.
I have been a customer for more than 5-years, but when Dacast took over Vzaar I witnessed an erosion...
TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER.

Dacast has to be one of the top great Video Streaming Services, I enjoy using their service, they do what they can to work with my problems. I do wish they could offer a little more for what you are paying for but I am still happy with their service.

Dacast is one of the best streaming platforms I tried over the years for my business venture. Its support team is truly responsive it helped me integrate it into our e-learning platform. What is best about it is that it is well suited for OBS studio, HTML pages, and Facebook. Recommend to anyone looking for a full-scale streaming platform.
