Been with DaCast for over 15 years, since the days of VZaar. Never had a reason to leave. The system was always up and worked all the time, but what impressed me the most was how they stayed backwards compatible even as their technology advanced and ours didn't. They did not force us to update our API, etc. It just worked.

Was very easy for us to set up and sell tickets for our first PPV event. Had no issues at all. Mike did a great job of making sure we had the right amount of data – and has up ready for next month's event.

Just a short while later, **DaCast** promptly charged us for another full additional year once again. We made every effort to configure the platform using all of our knowledge and experience, but it still failed to deliver what we required. As a result, we set up our own server for encoding and switched to a different provider for passthrough.
Not long after making the switch, DaCast charged us for yet another full annual term. I contacted them to explain that we had never been clearly informed about any automatic renewal—especially since we were no longer using the service—but DaCast refused to issue a refund, stating that all subscriptions renew by default.
Overall, our experience with DaCast has been extremely disappointing, both technically and from a customer service perspective. We strongly caution others to carefully review subscription terms and closely monitor billing.

We tried using DaCast for about a year in Paraguay, but the latency was consistently very high, and the encoding performance was unreliable. Despite several attempts to make it work, the quality just wasn’t up to standard. Eventually, we had to set up our own servers for stream encoding and switched to another provider for passthrough.
Shortly after switching, we were unexpectedly charged for another full year. I contacted support immediately, arguing that we were not made aware of any automatic renewal for an annual subscription — especially since we were not actively using the service. However, DaCast refused to refund the charge, stating that all their subscriptions are auto-renewed by default.
Overall, it has been a very disappointing experience both technically and in terms of customer service. I would strongly caution others to be careful with their subscription terms and monitor billing closely. We won’t be using DaCast again.

The sales team is very professional and is available via email, phone, and whatsapp at any time + their livechat (Humans not only bots) with 24/7 availability! That was the main reason we switched from old supplier and we are happy customers !

I used Decast and never had any problems at all. Once I learned how to really use it. It was fun. I want to host my TV show. Because I would be in control. I can do and say whatever without any problems. Not like YouTube, it's always something. You have to work hard to get views. I'd rather do this and do a funnel and get my views than have to go through hell dealing with YouTube and their foolishness.

This company is NOT a client of our company. They used to supply a service to our company. They were a pretty good service while we willingly paid for the service. Once we decided we no longer needed their service they REFUSED to cancel the service. Even after MANY emails saying we wanted the service canceled they refused or made it impossible to cancel.
Logging into the account to turn off auto-renewal IS NOT available. Only after their feelings were hurt by our harsh language about how corrupt they are, they decided to add a link to the account to cancel auto-renewal. BUT, they shut down our log in access and required us to agree to continue service in order to log back in. They continued to refuse to stop auto-renewal and threatened to bad mouth our company because their feeling were hurt. Ultimately, we had to file a complaint with our bank and our bank agreed with us and the bank refunded our money.
Buyer beware, this company may offer a decent service, but when you no longer need the service they make it impossible to cancel and WILL NOT refund your money, even when you have not used the service or ask for a refund, ON the day they charged you.

(No reminder or consent) When you receive a bill? it's too late: there is no way for you to get a refund because it's their "new policy" even if you contact them the day of the billing.
They should either send their customers a consent/notification before the auto renew at least once, or let the user cancel and get a refund, especially when they didn't use the plan yet.
I feel like i've been scammed. Wow

I have used Dacast for almost five years and have seen a huge improvement over that time. It is now a very stable and easy to use platform. I went through a stage where I had multiple issues but tech support always sorted them, sometimes it took a day or so but they were always fixed. I have not had any issues for almost two years, hence why I say it is a stable platform. One improvement for me though would be that I would like to see the raw video recording accessible via the the original share link as YouTube and Vimeo, do instead of me having to send another link to my viewers. As a streaming service though, I highly recommend Dacast, easy to use, low latency and high device compatibility.
I appreciate this company because they provide a lot of support. They provide library of videos full of information on how to operate the product. This probably brings you closer to freedom on the Internet. Thank you Dacast!
