2 weeks of waiting and the tracking just shows “label created”

I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks for my Cymbotika order, even though the manufacturer and I are in the same state (an hour drive) I still didn’t receive it, shipping info hasn’t been updated other than a “label created”, customer service won’t respond to me

Excellent customer service

Cymbiotika’s customer service is wonderful. Even when my order wasn’t shipping and there was an error on my end, they helped me solve the issue and even assisted me in getting me the promotion I was going to miss out on. Super friendly reps!! Thanks everyone.

I’ll be honest - there are times I consider unsubscribing because Cymbiotika is definitely a premium-priced brand. But then something happens that reminds me exactly why I keep coming back: their customer service is truly unmatched.

I recently had an order arrive with a missing item. I reached out and Sydney from their team resolved the issue almost immediately. The response was fast, polite, and incredibly professional. The replacement was processed right away with zero hassle.

In a world where customer service often feels automated or slow, Cymbiotika stands out. Yes, the products are expensive - but the quality of the supplements and the level of support you receive absolutely reflect that. You really do get what you pay for.
