Cancelled my ordered even tho they said it was in stock. Asked them if they had the white version and the only reply in the email was "We don't have white version".

To end it all off I didn't even get a full refund from the order cancellation. Avoid these jokers.

Only received half my order with NO explanation but they take full payment.

Spotted a deal on Rockshox forks that seem too good to be true? Chances are it is. I was looking at cheap forks from these guys. When asking for proof of them selling genuine products, I was informed they sell OEM equipment with serial numbers removed.

Google the SRAM/Rockshox Authentication Notice.

Needless to say, I won't be buying from these guys.

So I ordered some pedals on a Friday with no confirmation that Cyclingdeal had recieved order untill Monday, now I understand that they don't ship during the weekend but they are open on Saturday's and the order was put through at 12pm Friday so I think there was plenty of time to let me know they had recieved my money.
I called them on Tuesday to be sure they had recieved the item and that it had been shipped ( as per there Monday confirmation email had said)
And turns out the pedals were still sitting in the warehouse! When I asked how long does a shipment normally take to reach Sydney?
She replied " 3 working days"
Me: "ok so i'll have them tomorrow then"?
Cyclingdeal: "No, should be by Friday or early next week"
Me: ?
She then told me that she could cancel the order and give me my money back if I wanted?
Me: ?.....No I would like my pedals that I ordered please! And within 10 days if that's not to much to ask! (I won't hold my breath!).

Won't be using these guys again and if you want to know where your money or product is, these are NOT the guys for you.
Very poor experience!

Looking for two new Shimano wheels as LBS said rear hub shot and rim cracked/fatigued. They can't supply Shimano wheels.
Found on eBay, and saw store name.
Called store directly ( which is good to be able to do these days ) to enquire about stock and delivery.
Phone was answered and questions all good.
Person on phone said to callback after placing the order if I wanted items quickly.
So I did.
Ordered weds. Delivered Friday Morning ( normal delivery ).
Can't ask for more than that.

Update: Seller, contacted back and offered solutions... would give 5 stars, if all went fine

Email query was answered in 12 hours, flexible with returns and a good affordable bike repair stand

The quality of the item (bike bars) where as described. Really nice items. Items where delivered in timely manner.
Glad that I found this site.

The courier company lost my order and Cyclingdeal resent it. (With another courier) Can't get much better than that.
