Good price for decent cover. Only downside was not being able to buy online and had to call but the agent was nice, thorough and quick.

Renewal price was far to expensive
Renewal price was far to expensive. Same cover with the same company was £22 cheaper on compare the market. I will not both with this company again. Thanks for you reply. You say you cannot quote a price that is more than you can offer a new customer yet you are offering new customers the same cover for £22 less than I have been quoted. It seems you may very well be breaking the law on this one.

Not had to make a claim, but the whole process was easy enough! Read small print though as a lot of security needs to be able to claim which was not as clear when buying the policy.

Good cover but don’t accept the auto-renewal price
Very easy to get the cover I needed for an electric tricycle. I did have cover with them previously, but the renewal quote was excessive and I allowed it to lapse. No sooner was that done than I received a quote from them which was way less than half the price they wanted for a straightforward renewal. The moral is - don’t accept auto-renewal quotes. Cancel or threaten to cancel and you could get a huge discount.

Emtb cover
Your website says you insure emtb’s as long as the motor is rated 250 watt or lower and the top speed is limited to 15.5 mph.
My bike fits these criteria but when I first contacted you your operator said that as my bike had a 600w battery it could not be covered as the bike could be chipped.
A subsequent call to another operator proved positive and my bike is now covered with you.
I don’t know why the operator took the stance he did but clearly it needs clarification.
I don’t know of any emtb’s that have a battery less than 250w so on that basis none could be covered

Plan was easy to set up, and initially reasonably priced, but there was an extra cost added from the finance company when setting up the Direct Debit

Regarding the £25 default charge, this can be due to late payment, failure to sign the credit agreement or further reasons, please note that this has been requested by Premium Credit and is not a charge applied by ourselves. This charge falls within the terms and conditions of the credit agreement you agreed to when setting up your payments with Premium Credit. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over this charge, but Premium Credit will be able to provide more details on how it was applied.
To discuss this charge further, we kindly ask you to reach out to Premium Credit directly on 0344 736 9836. They will be able to assist you in resolving this matter and provide any clarification you may need.
