I was given a great rate three years ago which the company is honouring without increase until I decide to terminate my contract. That’s unheard of in any industry.

How to use its ok, terrible streaming performance
How to use its ok, but useless in terms of streaming performance. Streaming of F1 on Austrian servers is impossible, Terrible quality and cutouts, even in recorded streams. False promises are made. no fun at all. Why should I pay for something doesn't work?

The handling of the VPN is as easy as it gets
The handling of the VPN is as easy as it can get. Unfortunately, the VPN did not do what I needed as a lot of their servers appear to be black listed regarding the circumvention of geo blocking (this may be the case for most of the bigger providers). Anyway, the main point is actually that the refund had been granted fast and without any discussion, contrary to what I usually experienced.

To be honest, at first I thought it wasnt working. I was using it for streaming and it almost always recognized the VPN. then I realized Im using it wrong and its even smarter than what I thought. I didnt see the option - for streaming.

Works well at home!
I managed to install your VPN on my desktop computer and my cell phone, and it works great!
The only problem is that when I go to work, I can't connect to the VPN with another Wi-Fi connection. I still need to resolve this issue. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars as a VPN. I'm glad my back is covered!
The next morning, a car was parked on the street near my house in the countryside. I think my internet service provider noticed something unusual... :)
