Dealing with this company for my first mortgage was an excellent choice. They were recommended to me initially, which always helps, and I would highly recommend them in the future to anyone that asks. Damon took me through the whole process step by step, and was more involved than most. I was able to ask his any questions I had at any time of the day, and he kept in contact from the beginning until completion. This would is our 4th mortgage dealt with by Michael at CWMS. The advice, offers and service provided is faultless. After taking all of our details we were shown the best options for our move and the pros & cons of each were explained in detail, so we could make the best decision that suited our plans. Nothing was too much trouble and when a potentially better deal was available half way through our move, this was offered saving us yet more money. This no nonsense approach to mortgages and insurances suited us perfectly with Michael coming to the house to discuss everything face to face, fitted around our busy family schedule. Cant thank CWMS enough and cant recommend them highly enough.

For any first time buyer your first property purchase can be very daunting. I initially spoke to Michael a couple of years before I begun the process and he advised me on what I would need to ensure was in place so I would get approval in a couple of years time.

I got back in touch with Michael who was absolutely fantastic with handling my application and ensuring that I felt comfortable with every aspect of the mortgage process. He was professional, friendly and lightening fast as he knew that due to my circumstances I was looking to make a quick purchase.

Purchasing property is an incredibly frustrating process that is made much easier when you have Damon on your side relentlessly making mortgage arrangements and chasing other parties involved in this minefield of red tape.
