I don’t usually write reviews but I had to give credit where it’s due. I reached out to Funding11 for a business credit card and my credit history wasn’t exactly the cleanest. Wasn’t expecting much to be honest but Jaz took the case personally and got to work straight away. Even with my average credit he still managed to get me approved for a £20,000 limit. Man didn’t waste time, didn’t feed me any nonsense. Everything was handled quick and smooth. Start to finish I felt like I was in good hands and about them five star reviews I don’t doubt them for a second. These guys deserve that. If you’re a business owner and you’re struggling with funding or just want someone real in your corner Funding11 is who you want to talk to.

I don’t understand all the 5 star reviews. Yes the agents are very helpful but they deliberately mislead you into finance / loan with ridiculously high interest rates. They say 5% but what they don’t tell you is that’s per month. Equivalent to 60% APR. That’s extremely high. No one in their right might would agree to such loan terms.
Edit. So I had a phone call from funding 11 unhappy about my review. They said they clearly explained the interest rate, and maybe they did mention it was 5% per month and I didn't hear it due to the ascent. I argued saying 5% per month is misleading and why not use APR like everyone else. Which worked out 60%. Funding 11 said they just read from the lenders info. Fair enough. So I retract my statement that they deliberately mislead you.
They are very helpful and had the interest rate been realistic I would of been happy with their service.
But I will say they get 7% of the loan amount in commission on a 24 moth loan. That's an attractive incentive to sell loans.
I have now changed my review from 1 star to 3 as they were helpful but a waste of my time as I am not an idiot taking out 60% APR loans. And anyone that does does not understand what they are doing.

To offer a final clarification for those reading: Funding11 doesn’t set interest rates; the lenders do, based on factors like business turnover, loan size, term, and your business’s risk profile.
Where lenders express interest monthly (as in this case), Funding11 makes that clear on recorded calls and within all documentation. This is standard across many short-term, unsecured commercial finance products.
Our role is to present the available options based on your profile. Clients are always free to proceed or not. In your case, Funding11 cancelled the approved loan, not on your request, but because we felt it wasn’t suitable and didn’t want you to proceed unless you were 100% confident.
As part of your application journey, you also successfully took a business cashback credit card product you chose to keep after we offered to cancel it. This was entirely your decision, and we’re glad that the product worked well for your needs.
Regarding commission: Funding11 only receives a procuration fee when a lender pays us for introducing a client. This is fully disclosed in the lender documentation, and the rates offered to clients remain the same whether you go directly or through Funding11.
Our team handles everything from onboarding and admin support to lender negotiation, all at no cost to the client unless a deal is completed. It’s a performance-based service, and we aim to get the best outcome based on what’s available.
