After about a month of trying to buy a used quad axle CTOS ad popes up on my Facebook yes I’m old! It took Tommy Sims less had 1 hour to get the contract and truck secured! Dave and Gary in finance made it painless great terms and a great interest rate! This is my third truck from this company and every time they knock it out of the park!

John was very informative and to the point. He was easy to talk to and had an understanding of what I needed.

This is the first time I was working with Custom Truck One Source. I am pretty satisfied with the service level.

The parts were ordered at an acceptable time and were not shipped out same day, even though I paid for next day air. Then the part didn't show up for two days.

The only help provided was the person who took my phone call and was willing to knock a few dollars of the freight charge for us. Regardless, the part was for work we had done for a customer that was in dire need of that seal kit, and he was losing money while we had his machine tore apart with no parts. After waiting two days we then proceeded to get the wrong seal kit(s). This in turn had potentially really hurt a local business and we now will be more diligent if we order from you again and to follow up until we get results.

I can only say that the order takers are okay, the filling and shipping side could use some work.

The Lynchburg VA group are great to work with, Angie is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Tim Bloodgood is an excellent field service technician that has always been able to get our equipment back up and running quickly.

Billy, Gary, and Tony all are very respectful and professional people. Give these guys a beer.

So far everything‘s going as planned I’m working with Richard on getting a Chipper truck hoping everything goes well with it so far really good sales service
