Kiss your money goodbye…

Seemed to think that replying to emails is customer service. No information about the item I paid for 2 weeks ago, no tracking, proof of postage or even the courier service involved so I might to locate it myself. Pay, kiss your money goodbye.

Dear oh dear Ian, you dont have much luck! Look at your long list of negative reviews, people might start to think you enjoy complaining. I did inform you your order was on the way via Royal Mail and have had confirmation of its delivery, but we wont mention that as it may take away from the dramatics. The one bit of luck you do seem to have tho is time on your hands.

Avoid

They take your money and then don't send the item. Over 1 year later I am still waiting on my order or a refund. They are uncontactable by phone or email. The only communication I've seen is some laughable and rude replies to other disgruntled customers reviews.

In response to the companies hilarious response, I'm glad you were able to know my order from my review which didnt even mention what I ordered. I've checked my spam email over the course of a year. There has been no email from you. My bank also showed no refund. I'm sure trading standards will be happy to look into it for me though. Thank you but I'm teetotal. Enjoy your weekend of scamming people!
The 2 star reviews speak for themselves and that's because trust pilot doesn't let people leave a minus star. Clearly the company and it's customer sevice need some work. Totally understandable that there will be hiccups during the pandemic. No communication and flippant responses to negative reviews are probably not the best way to deal with such hiccups. A simple reply to one of my emails and a refund would have sufficed.

Well I won't deny you of your rude laughable reply, this platform is happy enough to accept any review unless your business pays them. If you bother to look back though your statements you will see you have been refunded. With some banks this may be back to purchase date, if you cannot find it contact them for help. Also check your spam from time to time and you will see the emails. Happy enough to accept we could not supply this, nearly every business in the country has had problems this year. Being called a cowboy or thief by an idiot is something we wont accept. Enjoy you Friday night drinking

Lorraine from IE last April? Headcover, not hard to find. As i say contact your bank its not a scam. I will not be wasting time with further communication.

Freeway II speed controller

Ordered a speed controller for my broken freeway II.
There was a short delay in delivery, however Ed kept me informed.
Very easy to fit and I now have a usable golf trolley again.
I found the service and goods first class.

After several weeks of waiting and…

After several weeks of waiting and numerous emails I finally received my "refurbished by powakaddy" motor which is making a grinding noise!contacted Ed by email to no reply! Suprise suprise.. Terrible company who are 1 & 1/2 hours from my doorstep in which I will make the journey to get this sorted.. Do not buy from this company!

Don't buy from them

I think this is the first I have ever posted a review, but this service from this company is appalling and by the sounds of it fraudulent. I placed an order on 7th Sept and after 2 email asking for an update someone called Ed replied saying they were waiting for stock but now should be with me in few days, 2 weeks later sent another email but still no response and sign of the ordered item. So looking into how I can notify the relevant authorities regarding their criminal actions.

VERY slow delivery.

Do not believe their quoted delivery times. The replacement trolley motor I ordered was not posted as they said it would, and even when I chased it, and wa given another delivery promise, they failed again. The delivery did not arrive in time for the event I had planned.

Swindle Custompro Golf

On June 3 I placed an order via the web at the store customprogolf.co.uk/, I spent about 160 pounds, 3 months have passed and nothing is known about the order and they do not answer either, they are deceiving me and I know stay with the money, do not buy here.

Ordered a golf item on 5th July

Ordered a golf item on 5th July. Money taken out of account same day. Hadnt heard anything so emailed them 27th July - no reply.
Rang them 2nd August - straight through to answerphone - not replied to my call
Sent a request via their website - still not heard anything.

Absolute joke

Absolute joke . Issues with this company for months. Dont answer emails . Waste of time ringing the phone . Ed will give loads of excuses. They have property belonging to me and I cannot get it back .

Ignore the bad reviews!
Ordered an item from Custom Pro Golf that I couldn't source anywhere else. Ed was able to source and have it delivered within 2 weeks. Personally rang me once it was in stock too and gave me an estimated delivery date. Couldnt fault the customer service (other than being able to get through on the phone).
But ignore the bad reviews and have some patience when expecting the goods you have ordered!

I attempted to purchase a Liverpool FC…

I attempted to purchase a Liverpool FC product twice for my Dad. First time I waited 2 months to find out the product was not available, second time received a refund with no communication as to why.
Will never shop with them again. Very disappointing

Ordered a new pair of wheels for my…

Ordered a new pair of wheels for my Mocad Golf trolley on Friday 9th April 2021 after exchanging a few emails with Ed from Customprogolf to establish that the ones he had would fit. Then I read the reviews on Trustpilot and I must admit they worried me.
However, wheels arrived this morning, Thursday 15th April 2021. They fit my trolley perfectly and I could not be happier with the full service from Customprogolf.

Would have give no stars if possible ordered in June a Motorcaddy handle never received after countless emails got one reply saying stocks are low, still waiting, asked for refund a number of times but still waiting

Good customer experience

Ed contacted me approx 2 weeks ago and advised me that due personal problems he could not deal with problem then. Since then he has returned my trolley parts and also refunded me for new control box which was not required. I would like to thank Ed and his company for dealing with this issue. If someone had only contacted me earlier I would not have posted a negative revue. Once again I would like to thak Ed.

Happy with service, above and beyond.

Got to say my experience with Ed was nothing but positive. There were delays from the suppliers with my order and Ed rang me out of office hours to explain. He rang me a second time to tell me the order was despatched. The wheels arrived today as promised and were actually an upgrade on what I'd ordered.

Late arrival but better late than never

I purchased a part for my Powakaddy FW2 trolley.
It did not arrive when I expected it to so e mailed Ed to express my dismay at the service.
I was then telephoned direct by Ed the manager?
We discussed the problem of non-delivery and within 3 days the part arrived looking brand new even though I was informed it was refurbished.
If you have non-delivery then let Ed know politely and you will get your order. Better late than never.

SCAM

Don't bother ordering from them. We placed an order at the end of AUGUST, were told it wasn't in stock and it wouldn't be for another three weeks but they still took our money, they said they'd send it as soon as it was in stock, it's now NOVEMBER and still nothing. Phone lines are cut off, was told via email that "Klarna" would've cancelled my pending payment but that was a lie, no evidence of cancelled payment/refund, they have my money and I have no goods. I have raised this with my bank.

Find your item somewhere else or go without unless you want to give your hard earned cash to these crooks

Please use another company or do without.

Pretty much the same experience as everybody else who has left reviews.

Item ordered not delivered zero response to phone messages and emails.

My Bank is pursuing a refund on my behalf.

Shame that are not mainland UK as I would take great delight in visiting their premises and passing on my feelings in person, if you know what I mean.

********Have now rec'd a refund and some apologetic emails, however this did only occur after my original post, coincidence???*******

You might be waiting a while

Ordered my items nearly 4 weeks ago. Was advised that these were sent via Royal Mail a week ago and should be with me within the next couple of day's, and guess what, still no items! Unbelievably poor service, money was taken immediately and 4 weeks on i'm still waiting for my golf tee's, ball markers and umbrella holder!
