Brilliant Service.
Ordered a new gearbox for my Powacaddy FW7 golf trolley. The EBS version was very difficult to find online. The ordering process was very good and the gearbox arrived very quickly.
Trolley now working perfectly.

Having read some of the poor reviews for this company after I had placed my order I was very concerned. I emailed requesting details of progress, received a prompt response. After a couple of brief two way emails over a 1 hour period I was advised the items I wanted would be dispatched that day (yesterday). I received the items today and have fitted them. Overall an excellent service, can’t understand the poor reviews

THIS OUTFIT STILL HAVEN'T HAD THE DECENCY TO REPLY TO ANY OF MY EMAILS OVER THE LAST TWO MONTHS. STAY CLEAR IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY, AS THEY ARE CHARLATANS. PAID FOR MY ITEM OVER TWO MONTHS AGO AND RECEIVED NOTHING TO DATE.

I ordered a replacement part for my trolley - never arrived despite the company saying they had supply issues and that it had been sent. I don't believe it was ever sent. Avoid

Ordered conversion kit for Powrkaddy Freeway Ii as replacement speed control no longer available. Although they had issues with suppliers as soon as the parts arrived they were sent to me. Complete replacement controls, easily fitted and working. Saved £100's on new trolley. Great company. Thanks very much.

I know there are some reviews on here from people who didn't receive what they ordered or have not had good communication with Ed, I can only refer to my communication and order. I initially spoke to Ed about tyres for my Powakaddy. He told me they were on stock. I purchased them via his website as requested, I got full confirmation immediately. I had an email to say they had been posted and arrived as described by Royal Mail well packaged. So as you can see, it's 5 stars in all respects from me. So thankyou.

I ordered an electrical component on line from this company that they said was in stock. After paying for the item, they then said it wasn’t actually in stock. They explained that they were having difficulty getting this item from powercaddy. The order was placed on the 19th of May and we are now at June the 27th and nothing has been received. I also paid £19.00 for first class post, which is also very annoying. In fairness to the company they have acknowledged that this time delay is not acceptable and blamed brexit. I have asked them to fully refund my payment and if and when this item is delivered, I will send it back to them. If this company values its customers it will do the right thing and make sure that I am fully reimbursed. Lets wait and see what happens next!!!. I will let you know the outcome.

Ed has been so helpful and answered my questions with great knowledge, I never got this from other companies I contacted, I had read all the negative reviews on here and this sent me alarm bells, after contacting Ed, even threatening to get my credit card company involved to get my refund, he assured me my gear box would be here, and sure enough true to his word it was here,,I apologise enough for the unprofessional way I have him and his company, I can only speak for my experience, which was first class thanks again Ed

So after a number of attempts to contact Ed without a reply apart from the one were he said I was talking utter nonsense, to reiterate I ordered an item on the 17th May had no delivery update or refund this guy is extremely unprofessional I urge you not to use this company and Ed you can keep the £27.50 lesson learned don't deal with this circus of a company...

2 items I ordered not arrived, just received a refund in my account.
Rang the office, no answer.
Sent an email asking what was going on and Ed said no stock.

Refund has taken 4 working days to arrive in my account, no prior knowledge this wasn't coming either.

Poor company would not recommend.

No response except 1, saying it will arrive that week and it will sent out right away, I should have read the reviews. Poor service

The website was easy and safe to order from. Product was in stock and as advertised. Arrived within 2 days, safely packaged and undamaged. Would recommend.

Ordered a pair of Powakaddy clutches. Cheapest I could find and delivered within a couple of days as described in their delivery information. I would use the company again.

Found an item I was looking for on this website, placed an order and a few days later it turned up. Seamless operation, quality product and reasonable price. As easy as you would expect it to be.

Ordered new front wheel for my powakaddy it came the very next day. Spoke to Ed on the phone and he couldn't be more helpful. Have no problem using him again.
