I have received several emails from this company confirming my order and my order number is #20007

Is there a way to get a tracking number sent to my email? I also have a link for the order but trustpilot doesn't allow links in reviews. Do you have an official email is can send it to?

I ordered my mom a mother’s ring in November for Christmas and it still has not come and I can no longer track it. When I reach out the customer service they ignore me

I did not receive the item that I ordered, I ordered and purchased a customized sweethearts ring and received six pairs of compression socks instead 😡

I ordered a couple of bracelets
Never received the order even though tracking said it was delivered it never was.
My inquiries with customer service led to nothing.
They just keep saying it's on its way although tracking says it was delivered
My request for a refund has been ignored! Now their blocking my emails

Stay away! These are scammers! I ordered a Mother's ring on May 9. It was to be a replacement Mother's ring for Mother's Day, and her birthday, after my 26 year old granddaughter was almost killed in a very serious car accident. This was very personal, and she picked this ring out. It's now May 16th, and after FOUR emails asking for confirmation and tracking number, AFTER sending them my receipts SEVERAL times, with order number, and ALL my payment info, address, etc, they say they "can't find it". So tomorrow I go to the Fraud Dept of my Credit Union and get my money back. SUCH BS

Purchased merchandise 4/21 that said it would arrive by 5/4 still nothing and I can’t track it without paying for it .
Terrible customer service contacting Attorney Generals office and my bank for. Full refund

I ordered the Glitter Rose bunch for Valentines Day that I never received. Tracking the package. They claim they delivered it a little after midnight on 2/16/2024. What delivery service gives out packages at midnight? I'm highly disappointed, and see them as scammers. Stay away. Order #8237
