Do not by mistake ever work with this rouge outfit, i signed an agreement with them, the web developers i was using went into liquidation, i gave customer gateway notice to cancel, as they told me only i months notice, as the site was never completed, i then decided to have a white label site direct from them, i paid them around £2,000, they then wanted the monthly fees for the previous agreement for which i gave notice, so i gave them notice i do not want to work with them, as to how they could continue charging fees for a cancelled agreement that was never live, the developers went bust, so nothing was done, and i wrote off the £2,000, they continued to invoice me the monthly fees, even though i cancelled, and now sent me a notice of legal action,unless i pay them £2,000 more, they are a unreliable company, my advice stay well away form them, i will counter claim my £2000 if they take issue proceedings, they are a joke, my £2000 is more then enough notice fee's, they owe me, because of costs, i decided not to take legal action, costs would have been higher, so i wrote it off, they have a cheek, stay away from them, if they issue court proceedings, i will counter claim my money back, con company they are, stay well away, do not use them at all.
