I ordered internationally. The fabric selection was amazing. Communications were prompt. The fabric arrived as arranged in excellent condition. I am very happy with the fabrics I chose. They are of high quality. I recommend The Curtain Factory Outlet to all international buyers looking to expand their drapery fabric selection.

The people on the phone are very helpful but the website/ordering process is misleading. I tried to order a pair of curtains - put in all the details into the system and then all that happened is that I got sent a roll of material and now have to find someone to make them into curtains! I called to discuss it and was told someone would call me back and they never did.

What turned out to be an order mistake was dealt with most sympathetically.
A first class customer service was applied and I thank the team most gratefully.

First time using them. Took a few days for sample to arrive however when I ordered the fabric it arrived in a couple of days. All very efficient and the fabric is very good value for the quality. I would used them again

Fantastic service, I was called within minutes of placing my order, to discuss a couple of options. Then the order was dispatched the same day.
I had only ordered interlining, which was exactly as described on the website.

Great service and great quality of fabric.

Very quick delivery. Lining was not quite as good quality as the website implies, but maybe that is premium quality these days, "plus ca change", as they say.

Great customer service really fast delivery

I purchased the incorrect product as I thought Thermal lining would be the soft warm lining I have added to other curtains. The product I received was a plastic type lining.

I live in Australia where fabric choices are limited.
I have bought upholstery and curtain fabric from The Curtain Factory Outlet on numerous occasions. I find the dispatch of samples and fabric to be prompt, although due to our appalling postal service, receipt is often delayed.

Even with the unfavourable exchange rate the prices are far below that of similar fabric in Australia, and the choice is much wider. I also like that many of the products are not only designed, but also woven in the UK. If the alternative was made in Australia I would think of buying home produced, but unfortunately we no longer have a textile industry.

I recently had a large order for curtain fabric and the complications of my mis-measuring, and the handling of customs duties entailed multiple emails which were managed expeditiously by Sonny.
