Wish they would share why accounts are refused. Just saying 'due to internal policies' doesn't really help. Would like more transparency

avoid it

One of the worst payment aggregator/processors that I have dealt with. For EUR transfers they have partnered some UK bank (!), which is blocking every transaction left and right and asks dozens of irrelevant follow-up questions, even for relatively smaller value individual small transactions coming from reputable e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, etc.) Avoid at all costs, WISE, REVOLUT, Airwallex, etc. are all much better, they have proper SEPA facilities with normal EU based banks.

I am very happy to be a Currenxie customer with my company. My company is active in several countries in different business areas. Working with my bank employee Eric P. is very respectful and fun. For us as a company that makes millions of sales a year, it is very important to have a reliable bank as a partner at our side. So far, so good.

I've been using Currenxie for a year now, and never had as single problem with them. I was able to open an account for my HK limited company despite travel restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and my business was up and running in no time.

Have been working with them for client…

Have been working with them for client referrals and ourselves as a company, also open a business bank account early this year. Overall, the experience has been amazing and they have been responsive, helpful and attentive to queries we have had throughout. I'd like to thank Currenxie and their team for being an accommodative financial institution that can truly understand across-border businesses.

You cannot sell games for google play…

You cannot sell games for google play and apple store.
You may not sell in-game digital items.
they say they do not support this business model.

Currenxie opened a multi-currency account for my new business in Hong Kong. The online dashboard and mobile application are very convenient and easy to use. I want to note that there is integration with Xero, which is very important for bookkeeping in Hong Kong. The customer support service is top notch. Rest assured that you will receive an answer to your question as quickly and professionally as possible. The speed of receiving and sending payments is very high, and the commissions are very low compared to competitors. A huge advantage is the Currenxie Visa Business Card with which you can pay all the expenses of your company. I highly recommend this service. Thank you Currenxie Team!

Amazing 100% ! Best fintech in Hk

These guys are very helpful, their product is absolutely the best and the service is impeccable. To be fair, account opening took some time because they are really busy but since they opened the account, it’s been a wonderful experience. Their product is except, very comprehensive and very competitively priced. Furthermore, as a new business, we need a lot of support by phone or email in the beginning and it’s been available fully ! Bravo guys!

Disappearing Money and No contact

Don't open any account there. You will never can know what's happen to your money there.
I made transaction 2 days ago, transfer was confirmed and amount took from my account. Now this transaction still didn't complete and money is disappeared. I don't have it in my Currenxie account and it's didn't received to bank account which I send it. I took request about proofs of company's income. I send all documents what they wanted. Now I don't have money, I don't any contact with them because they not answer any emails. This transaction is necessary to prepare service for what costumer's paid. Now I cannot make service. Customers don't have money because they paid to Currenxie account, Company don't have because I send by transaction which no one knows where it is. I'm Currenxie client and they working against to us. Definitely I not recommend.

Because the first payment received into your new account on June 27th was different in nature to what was described during your onboarding, our compliance team requested supporting documents, and unfortunately we did not receive all of the requested documents. Our compliance team was in constant contact throughout this process. The payments were ultimately released on July 4th. We understand that delays in payments are never welcome, but these measures are necessary for us to service your business in a secure and compliant manner. Thank you for your time and cooperation.

Since when did you start charging percentage fee please?

We have been using Currenxie for a while, and is satisfied with the service. However they started charging percentage fee when receiving money without any written notice. Since when did you start charging percentage fee please?
