The verification service is painful
The verification service is painful. It depends on the camera on your phone and its ability to take photos crisp enough without any shake. I nearly gave up. Why not allow upload from a pc of quality pictures taken with a good camera. Took me 2 days to complete.

I've just set up an account with Currency Fair and because of my age I am not very computer literate. I encountered problems so went to the online Support Team. They were extremely patient and helpful and I have now done my first transfer.

Once you get it set up, it's really easy to use. The connecting to your bank option is really timesaving. It is significantly cheaper than the bank transfer.

The service was very good and the latest transaction went smoothly. I do however miss the previous feature on the platform that allowed opportunity to time the exchange instead of having it automatically applied.
