The customer service experience was…

The customer service experience was great. I needed to consolidate my streaming services and decided to cancel for the time being. I have used the service for several years, but not at all in the last year. Marlo worked me through the various options for cancelation and made it a good experience. I would definitely consider using the service again as a result of my good experience.

Jessa M was very accommodating

Jessa M was very accommodating when I discovered that my subscription (which I was not aware I still had) had renewed today and sorted out a refund without any attempted upselling, or offering of 'special rates' or the like.

Bernadette was very patient and kind in resoloving my billing questions. And on a Sunday! I so enjoy my Curisoity Stream documentaries - and now have a warm spot in my heart for their customer service representatives as well. Thank you Bernadette!

Franz was so helpful

Franz was courteous, intelligent, and very patient with helping me sign in to my renewal of Curiosity.com. He kept telling me to "take your time" as I knew I was being slow in signing in to my email address and password. In the end, he stayed with me on the phone and got me all connected to Curiosity.com. Franz deserves acknowledgement for a great job in helping me. Lois V.

True Five Star Customer Service

True Five Star Customer Service. The representative who assisted me (Nikka) was an exemplary CSR. She was courteous and extremely helpful, swiftly resolved my main issue, and went out of her way to address and answer my questions and concerns. This is an example of what customer service experiences should be like, and Nikka is a consummate professional in her field, and I am very satisfied. Thank you.

Lovely customer support

I appreciated the broad variety of content and enjoyed the service for a year.

As it happens with many subscriptions in a world full of distractions and interesting productions, there came a time when I was ready to move on and forgot that I had a yearly subscription. When the next payment was processed, reminding me of the service I was no longer using and could not support at that time, I got in touch with customer service and was met with a deeply kind and understanding reply, from Curiosity Stream (thank you Bernadett), which proceeded with a refund and cancelation of my subscription.

I felt seen and appreciated the humanity with which the request was handled, in alignment with the service they provide 🙏🏻

I just did not care for the UI

So I just did not care for the UI, I've had the service for 3 years and only used it for about for about 3 months total. I felt like the documentary selection was pretty poor as well. Great if you watch nothing but WW2 documentaries, but I don't - got enough of that one in high-school. Look if you're old and easily confused this is probably great. As a 26 year old, I can't help but feel like they cut some corners with the UI and it's SIMPLE - but not in a good way. I canceled my service finally and Jessa M. Was able to give me a partial refund. She was so so helpful, I really wanna stress how great the customer service is. The variety of documentaries just isn't worth it for me.

Unusual situation repaired by management.

My situation was different in that I was a subscriber with Telstra TV. They migrated customers to Fetch streaming platform, however Curiositystream disappeared as Fetch does not provide same. Eventually discovered my paid subscription appears on YouTube with a limited viewing experience. I cannot download the app as my smart T.V. is redundant. Curiosity Stream management generously provided a discount until I upgrade my television. This is outstanding service and ensures my loyalty to this excellent channel.
