Excellent from start to finish. Really appreciated the open honest Communication and regular updates.

The team were excellent all the way through the process. Rupert encouraged me to go for my dream property and we got it! He was supportive and communicated well and clearly and kept me updated at regular intervals. He was also good at suggesting when I should be chasing solicitors etc. Would highly recommend Curchods New Malden.

Selling our flat from abroad would normally have been no mean task. Thanks to Chris Jakob and his team,Barbara in particular, any obstacle that came up was dealt with in a professional and caring way.

From the moment we contacted Curchods for a valuation they stood out as the best choice for us. Rupert arrived and had a really great knowledge of what the properties in our area were selling for and gave us a realistic valuation. We agreed to have them market our property which was completed quickly meaning our house was live on the market within a week. Ruby took over from there on with so many viewings resulting in a sale within 2 weeks wow!! We were kept up to date throughout the selling process with e mails and phone calls. Although we encountered a few hiccups through no fault our side everything was quickly sorted with Ruby enquiring with buyers on our behalf. We definitely recommend Curchods for their professionalism, and more importantly their friendliness. We are very happy with the service we received from the whole of Churchods New Malden team.

Every member of the team I dealt with was very professional, courteous and friendly. Very pleased with the service from chis Jacob’s , Rupert and all the Team at new malden office , our buyers lost their buyers Twice, but we was found another buyer very Quickly.
