Charged £15 cancellation fee. Which in itself is not the problem - I understand it's in the T&Cs - but if you are talking to someone on the phone then the least they could do is tell you.

Curate health is one of the best places to get your weight loss medication from. They not only sells there products for profits and forget about you in the process. They are right there for you in your weight loss journey. You can contact them in so many ways and they return your call straight away to put your mind at rest with any questions about your products your purchased. I also appreciate the extra mile they go out there way to help you keep up with the cost of your medication (My Mounjaro cost) the £30 off my Mounjaro each month.

Poor service
I tried to re-order but it turned me down. I tried to contact them through the links provided and the emails bounced back. I tried to call them, no one answered then they hung up on me. All in all not great.
