So 6 weeks in with the balm. No difference from when I started using. When using drags the skin and makes eye area more puffy and red. Definitely do not recommend. Waste of money and the hassle with the shipping subscription which I knew nothing about until money was taken was a joke. Steer clear

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company's return policy is a total lie and scam. They say returns with no questions asked, but then send you a long list of conditions that must be met to return it. And they want you to return it to China even though their company is based in Florida. Per the post office, this costs $65. The product doesn't work, and it stung and burned my eyes. They never answer their phone or call you back. They stopped answering my emails and haven't refunded my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

HING to remove my Eye Bags as promised. The 90 day Guarantee is a scam, the cost to return it was $199.00, they will NOT send you a return table either. I think this product and their Guarantee is a scam. I ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE IT. The whole process is a Nightmare.

I was in a panic because I accidentally ordered too many items that I can't afford. I sent a bit of a harsh email because of my desperation to contact someone. Maxime replied so quickly and was able to help me right away. Her friendly manner and efficiency was absolutely wonderful. She really helped me out right away.

The seller had great communication. They were able to confirm my shipping address as I used the work street for delivery. The address was updated and I will receive my product without delay

I ordered their products by mistake. The website ordering process was not clear. However, after requesting a refund their customer service representative was very professional and my refund was quickly processed.

Cuma Skincare doesn't even deserve one star. Ordered product on 12/10/2025. Received the product on 1/05/2026, then returned unopened box on 1/06/2026, per instructions from their customer service department. I have the all the tracking information and it shows arrived in China at the address they provided on February 10, 2026. I emailed all documentation as well. Customer service Maxime Meier continues to state they don't have it! Customer service as of today 3/19/2026 still has not refunded the money.

This product did nothing for my under eye bags and puffiness. It does not go on smoothly. It drags on the under eye area when it is applied, worsening under eye puffiness. I have been using it for 2 months with no results- absolutely none. It did not even make my eyes look brighter and less tired looking as some customers claim. It has the consistency of chapstick. Don't waste your money on this product.

Product didn't work for me and they don't honor the money back guarantee advertised .

Minutes after I ordered, I decided to do a little research. I quickly realized I purchased too quickly. True to poor reviews, upon a refund request hours after my purchase, I waited a week to hear back before I learned they require returns be sent to CHINA!!!! That is so shady. Immediately upon receiving, I returned (paid $21 for shipping). I have everything documented and if they do not process a timely refund, I will submit everything to my bank and get my money back. Big mistake and lesson learned. DO NOT BUY from this scam company.

I’m 60, and I absolutely love Cūma. It helps smooth my fine lines, brighten dull skin, and even out my tone while supporting collagen and cellular repair. It’s simple to use, and my skin just looks healthier and more refreshed.

I’ve been using the CUMA LED mask for consistently for a month. I’ve used other handheld LED and a couple other face masks in the past with no comparison in my opinion. There are several aspects of this mask that really stand out above the rest.
1st of all, the shape, look and feel of the mask. The comfort on my face doesn’t slip or move around. I can adjust the straps. Sit and relax or do light chores without it falling off. Secondly, The removable neck piece is an absolute bonus for my neck without having a separate device. Next, I feel the best part is the cycle mode to go through the 720 LEDS on a set time without having to watch the clock and change the setting. When this light show is on , the eyes are so protected I don’t even know the lights are on when my eyes are closed. I’m so relaxed I often fall asleep. Although the mask covers my face I have plenty of breathing room. The charging base is sturdy and keeps the mask upright so it’s not just laying down, I don’t have to worry the mask will get scratched and no fiddling with a cord to plug in. I’v been using this beauty consistently and have actually seen slight results. My final thoughts, yes it’s a little pricey but the quality of this piece is such a treat to own and have my own Spa treatment at home. Highly recommend.
