Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 146 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers found it extremely difficult to obtain refunds, encountering complicated processes and unfulfilled guarantees. The return policy was a significant source of frustration, often requiring expensive international shipping to China and presenting unstated conditions. Additionally, some people reported not receiving their orders at all. Regarding products, many consumers found them ineffective, describing them as stiff, causing irritation, or failing to deliver advertised results for puffiness. However, some people were satisfied with their purchases, noting improvements in skin appearance or renewed confidence. A few other people also felt that they successfully received refunds for mistaken charges or unreceived items.

Well, to advertise it works in minutes is a bit of an exaggeration. I have tried for a week and nothing. Any decent moisturizer can hydrate, this does but no reduction in puffiness. I knew better t... See more

I would have given minus star

I would have given minus star. These people are fraudsters, their courier company is a fraud. They just showed the status as delivered with fake pictures and I never received the product. Now courier company GOFO, another fraud, say delivered. Cuma says talk to courier, why should I? I paid to Cuma they owe me money. Never ever buy products from them. I am going to lodge complaint in consumer court and will post on all social media.

I purchased the under eye balm

I purchased the under eye balm, used it for 2 months, twice a day and saw no changes. I notified them for a refund and was instructed to send it to China at my expense. The cost to send back was more expensive than the product itself. They also fail to tell you in their refund policy that you will need pictures of before and after to get your full refund.
I found out when I called for a refund.
I would definitely not buy their products.

I am very disappointed in your product…

I am very disappointed in your product and also your return policy. How do you return product without trying it, because it has to be unopened and unused. You are telling me to say the value of the product is under $5, which is telling a lie when I paid $79.95 for the product. And to make matters worse, the product shows it shipped from Florida, but you expect me to ship it to China.
I will be continuing my voice of discontent until you refund my full amount I paid. It does not work with two different types of concealer because it makes it crease.

False advertising

False advertising, I used it for more than 30 days and nothing happened. The eye puffiness remains. It's difficult to get the out of the tube. It's nothing but grease in a tube and nothing more. I want my money back for this product.

Be careful! Shady purchasing practices!…

When making my purchase I was not ever given an opportunity to confirm my shipping address and my old address was used. I reported this immediately, but was told it was too late. Be very careful of the shady practices of this company. I will probably never see my purchase.

Impossible to contact and start refund.

No visible change to eye bags after 30 days. Product was stiff and hard to apply even after suggested hand warming. Called compmany five times, hung up on each time. Tried emailing, but couldn't get past six attempts at "I am human". Very poor customer service. I am out $80.00 although website says 90 day money back refund if not satisfied. Impossible to contact and start refund.

Useless product

Useless product - an absolute waste of money. Don't waste your time with this product. Trying to get a refund was impossible. Do not recommend you engage with this company or buy this product - a huge disappointment overall.

Awful Product And Service

Yes, agree with all the one star reviews, wishing I could give none. Bad product, increases wrinkles under eyes, and did nothing for bags. No response to emails or calls, so must conclude that there is no customer service other than taking your money and processing orders. Don’t waste your time and money, as I did.
