Incompetent delivery service
I have repeatedly written about this. I order for my goods to be delivered at home however once again the goods are delivered in the local post office which for me is impossible to collect as it works the same hours i work. At some point, I thought this has changed because my last orders were delivered fast with dhl at my house. I got a notification today that me latest order is once again at the post office. It’s totally unacceptable for me and for the money i spend on your website.

I‘m a loyal customer, never had any issues, good deals, I‘m just upset that shipping to Germany costs now 10€, but still amazing products!

No samples
I placed an order that included a promotion: spend 90 euros and choose a product, so my purchase totaled more than 90 euros and I was able to choose the free gift with my order. Today, I received the order and was quite disappointed because it didn’t include any samples at all, and even though a gift was included, I had to spend that money to receive it. They should offer separate samples so that customers like me can try new products and shop at Cult Beauty again. Olga Xaviera always speaks very highly of the website, and I thought Cult Beauty would be interested in taking care of its customers, but I see that’s not the case.

Didn’t like the courier
Everything I ordered arrived safely. The packing was great. I have a note on the courier. The package arrived on Thursday morning to Muscat but they are delivered next Monday. Took more than a week to deliver it (with weekend) With the previous courier (DHL) even with weekend, they would delivered the next day.

Never received item
Never received item. It was advertised as available for purchase in USA but my order was canceled with the excuse of not being available for export. However this product is available from many other retailers via export.

I have not received my order
I have not received my order, even though I received a notification stating that the parcel was left in my mailbox. I have checked and there is absolutely nothing there, and no one else has access to my mailbox.

Great selection of products. However disappointed to see the shipping to Ireland has dramatically increased to 10 euro for orders under 150euro. This will put me off shopping from cult beauty in the future as I feel that is too much for carriage alone.
