I ordered two Saie vanity case
I ordered two Saie vanity case. I live in Germany. I even paid for the delivery cost. The quality is not what I expected. I want to return the products. But cult beauty is not ready to refund the amount for the shipping from Germany to them. I even asked that if they can just credit the amount in my Cult account. But they said no because they do not pay for the return shippings if person have changed their mind. But I am returning due to the quality issue. I will never buy from Cult. It’s better I will look for some options in Germany to buy.

I would like to know why the promised CULT points are not being added for each review I leave.
I am happy with the company and the fast delivery. The only thing I don't understand is that every time I leave a review, they promise that each one will give a certain number of cult points. However, I have never once received any cult points.

I’m quite disappointed that I had to pay unexpected taxes and customs fees that were not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. These additional charges should be made clear upfront to avoid such surprises for customers.

Customer Service sounded like AI
I had a message conversation with one of your reps and I seriously thought I was talking to AI. They kept asking for information I had already provided and were not answering ques I was asking. And the wording of the responses I did get was super weird. I’m used to speaking with non native English speakers but this felt non human.
