Visited the Toronto show room with my girlfriend and had an amazing experience. Cameron and Sydney were great at including both of us in the appointment and pulled options for my girlfriend to choose from including slight variations of what said she liked. Cameron used his expertise to pull something unique for my girlfriend and Sydney helped her visualize what it would look like customized to include all the elements she loved. Both Cameron and Sydney were incredibly knowledgeable and kind and we left the appointment feeling confident we chose the perfect ring when we didn’t plan on deciding at the appointment. Cameron sent a email with the quote and options we had discussed and included options for stones which was much appreciated. The email also included the wedding bands my girlfriend was looking at the rings with for future reference which is really helpful. The customer service goes above and beyond. The showroom is gorgeous and the personalized appointments made the whole process feel special. I would recommend the Cullen Jewelry to anyone looking for engagement and wedding bands.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and offered water by one of the employees. Then Darius came out and pronounced my name perfectly! Which made me feel respected and appreciated. Throughout multiple days, he answered all the questions I had and helped me pick out the perfect ring. Super sweet. Well accommodating. And helped out with any questions I had.

My partner and I were super indecisive, Kareena and other staff were very helpful to narrow down what we were actually looking for without any pressure.
During the appointment she explained everything so clearly, and she displayed such a great knowledge of all the products on display in store.
10/10 would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely experience trying engagement rings on with Kat. She was super patient, didn't rush us at all and let us try on soo many different rings! She explained everything really well and answered all our questions! There were so many different rings to try on as well which was great! Thanks so much!!

We really enjoyed our experience and overall service provided at Cullen. It felt so personal and special. The wonderful Jazz showed us so many ring options, and really listened to what I had in mind.
