We had the cube for 3 months. We asked at the last minute if we could extent for one more month (this part is my fault i should have called a couple days before the pickup date). I received an email the next morning saying they were able to extent for a month. However, the truck showed up to pick up the cube anyway. The driver contacted the headquarters to confirmed it was ok. Unfortunetly, he told us the Cube was reserved for another customer. We had to empty the Cube immediately so he could leave with it. Our belonging were in our driveway. Than I sent an email explaining that the cube was gone and to make sure they would not charge me for an another month. Guess what? They charge me fir another month! I called to explain the situation and the employee was supposed to take care of it. A month later the charge was still on my statement, I needed to call again to have it fixed. It’s been a while and still no credit on my visa. I understand that I was probably to late to renew my rental, but but I don’t expect to spend hours on the phone to have a credit for a cube I don’t have anymore.

Great experience from start to finish! We were in transition for one month so our belongings were stored at their facility and dropped off when we moved in. I would highly recommend this service. A little pricey but for the convenience of packing up our house and loading/unloading at our own pace it was worth the expense!

Very happy with the service. Quick to response and resolve any issue although I don’t have any but their willingness to resolve any which makes me give them 5 stars. Used them twice and
will do it again if needed I will definitely recommend them.

Smooth process, excellent communication. Book early, because you need a week or two notice for pickup/drop off.

Cubeit portable storage made moving very smooth and problem free!

Great way to move especially if it's just across town and you need a bit of time to get organized or pack. I had it out on my driveway for a month and slowly packed between my a busy schedule and busy life. I was out of town when they moved it to my new location. It's a nice option to have if you aren't available on your moving day. Then I could unpack it on my own time. Only thing would of appreciated is that when I booked it it showed all days of the week we're available but when I called to confirmed pick up and delivery they said they didn't deliver in my area on that day. So I had to get my possession date changed which was a bit of work. Luckily the seller was very understanding. Also the box was a little beat up. The part where you alive the lock into was bent and rusted. I would of also liked a lot more hooks or places to attach my cords to secure my load. I would book and move again with Cube-it

The Cubeit team was friendly and helpful. The process for scheduling and receiving the cube was easy.

Absolutely loved the phone text messages to tell me when the cube was on it’s was, dropped off or picked up.

Have had the unit on site for a couple of months. I will review once I finish business with them. But so far, very good on billing.

Your team is outstanding, and everyone is so very polite, thanks for all your work on this project. I will be recommending your services.

Had no problems at all with any of the transactions. Was delivered on time and picked up when requested. Would forsure use the services again as it ended up market was poor this year to sell our house so had to make the decision to return the cube. Will try again in the fall. Thanks for the great service.

Great experience overall, I will say the website is a bit finicky, but overall it was great service for a reasonable price!

I needed storage for a kitchen reno due to a fire. Little did I know that you need to reserve these units weeks in advance. :( The team at CubeIt found a way to get me a unit almost immediately. My cousin used them for their storage needs 2 months later after hearing about my experience. I know who to call or recommend!

I rented a cubit from 09 May to July 09 2019. The driver didn't deliver the container until the 12 of May. Once I had the container it was then picked up on the 09 July as per the contract. I have been charged on my credit card up to 09 August. The problem is your company after 3 calls and talking to a manager still have not credited back to my credit card. I was assured after each call it was but has not. This is unacceptable and I will never use cubit again. And if someone asks I will tell them to not use your company.

Great customer service and delivery. Extremely helpful with rescheduling to meet our changes due to delays in construction. Easy to deal with and very friendly. I highly recommend them.
