CSM Doors Reviews

We had doors installed by this company we had to get a joiner in to put things right, loose handles and edging also coming away firs bad feedback I’v ever left very disappointing guys, and then never answer the phone

I did a lot of research before I settled on csm doors.sometimes the cheapest quote isnt always the best quote, but in this case it was.I was interested in having 8 oak doors supplied and fitted and mike came out promptly and did a measure up and survey 3 weeks prior to fitting. He claimed all his measuring was done and gave me a good quote and said it would take about 4 to 5 hours to fit all doors. The doors are then cut and shaped to fit the door frames in his factory and then spray finished and hinges and handles attached prior to delivery.mike and his helper turned up on saturday 17th feb at about 10am, they put dust sheets down and hoovered up afterwards and where then leaving at about 2.00pm.the job took them approx 4hrs from start to finish.normally a job this size would take about 2 to 3 days from my past experience of having previous doors fitted many years ago.this was one of the main reasons this appealed to me, the bonus was the cheaper overall price.well done to csm...gary from prescot.

This company were excellent. Collected my doors and fitted them in no time, would recommend and I would definitely use again.

Got to say I'm so pleased with the result of my fitted doors. They were in and out within a couple of hours. It has made such a difference to the look of my house. Excellent company 5*****

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY........
We had 7 internal doors fitted last year they turned up a week after agreed the finish on the doors was rough to touch and the gaps at bottom are huge, they never answer the phone when trying to call DO NOT HAND OVER DEPOSIT

Extremely helpful and prompt service. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Very happy with my purchase of 4 internal fully fitted doors,
I would recommend CSM to anyone who comments on them.
HAPPY Customer.

One of the doors in my order had a split down the side. Was promised a refund, but never received.

What an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. From the 1st contact to the measuring service and then the fitting I could not fault CSM Doors. We had 3 doors fitted earlier this year and loved them so much we have just had the rest of the doors in the house changed.
They are absolutely beautiful solid wood and the joiner arrived at the time stated (if not a early which was good) due to the expert measuring technology they use the 6 doors were hung, and fit perfectly, and all within 3 hours. I'm extremely impressed and would recommend to anybody wanting quality doors to add value and pleasure to their home or property.

Excellent service from deciding which doors to buy and then to fitting. We decided to change all of our internal doors, excellent quality and very professional fitter. Highly recommended!!

We had 5 doors fit on 24th July by CSM Doors. The process was excellent from start to finish and we were amazed that the doors could be prepared so precisely in advance with the measurements taken by Mike. The doors were chosen from a wide range, fit perfectly and took only an hour in total and look amazing. I have already recommended CSM to several of my friends and will certainly use them again in the future.

Very disappointed .... We had some doors fitted by them. Had to get a joiner in to put things right.

Never heard of this new computerised door measuring & cutting machine before, I thought I would give them a go as I was promised they would fit perfectly. How glad I did, as the lads were in & out within 2 hours for fitting 5 new doors, even brought there own vac to clean up any mess, not that there was any. Thanks Mike

We are absolutely delighted with our new internal doors. We started with the intention of replacing one door and loved the result so much we ended up replacing all 9 doors, a built in cupboard and a complete doorway. The precision of the fitting is quite astonishing and completely hassle free. The doorways are digitally measured for 100% accuracy and the doors come pre-cut ready to be installed in no time at all. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I have a 35inch doorway on an old Victorian house. CSM arrived on time and gave good advice. They provide a complete service and it feels good to be in the hands of someone who clearly knows what he is talking about. Top class service.
